    going into surgery today and my @Fidomobile phone isnt working. tech support is 'exceptionally' closed. there's no one at the help centre when i send a chat message. this is legit an emergency. big telecom monopolies endanger us all.

    @Fidomobile The service levels with Fido are terrible. At this point I definitely wish I choose a different provider when changed over just this past Friday, November 25, 2022.

    @Fidomobile On Friday, Fido confirmed the device was received after 2 hours of wait on the phone. Fido customer support lied I would receive a contact email by Monday. I said to him that he was lying, so he told me he would call me on Monday at 11am. He did not call.

    @Fidomobile It takes multiple calls and HOURS waiting on the phone to get anything sorted. I've called in three times in the past week just to activate a new line and get SIM card shipped. Fido Chat keeps disconnecting and I have to wait all over again. SIM still doesn't work!!!

    @Fidomobile @yu231233 Their support is absolute trash I have a phone that I got on Friday that still isn’t working. Minimum 2 hr wait to talk to anyone is ridiculous. I also was told I would get follow up call last night but nothing of course, sad!

    Guys never ever refer your friends to fido. All they're doing is scam. I had been referred by my sister. I was supposed to receive 1 month free. It's been my 4th bill still they've sent me the bill. Big scam is being done @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @Canada

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Your phone support literally hangs up saying "you're exceptionally closed" and to call back during business hours. Your live chat doesn't work and I need to speak to customer support. Please answer my twitter dms at least.
