@Fidomobile I booked my mobile on Aug 2,2022! According to your website I should receive that phone within 1-2 business day! I never received it so I called customer care, and ask for details! They said might gonna take 2 weeks, I replied , if i will not receive mobile by 14 aug

@Fidomobile This is ridiculously bad and shameful act of taking money from your customers pocket. By not informing or alerting them my their overused international calls and then charging hefty sum of amount. I literally cannot afford to pay my bill. What should i do now?

@TamoDole @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Yes we do have CCTS here, but I have no idea how helpful they would be, as I've never had to use their services. As I said to my cell phone provider, this not even about the money at this point, or my wasted time but more so about the principle of being dismissed.
