@Fidomobile what kind of dog 💩 website do you have? I reset my password to login to my account and it comes up with account closed, when I have an active billable account on there that I need to pay for. If you can't sort this out you should quit the consumer phone business.

  • krusinckas Anthony Krusinckas (@krusinckas) reported

@Fidomobile 1/2 my wife recently did an upgrade for a new. She did it through the #fido app and mistakenly did it on my number. I had already gotten a phone. Now #Fido thinks I upgraded again. I've informed them of the mistake but no luck. No customer service period. #Bigtelecom

  • IvanaSantilli Ivana Santilli (@IvanaSantilli) reported

To flip to a positive @Fidomobile in Canada & @TMobile in the U.S. have some of the friendliest, professional and humane customer service I've ever experienced in a telecom company.

@Mikeggibbs We have @Fidomobile which uses Rogers. Ever since the big outage our service has been crap. I called Fido, they said. No changes were made. Did a “network refresh” whatever that was and it’s still no better. Dropped calls and weak service

  • Abhimanyu1006 Abhimanyu Gulati.. (@Abhimanyu1006) reported

@Fidomobile Got $6 dollar credit on my bill for the July 08 outage. Is this a joke ?

  • xsonarisx xsx (@xsonarisx) reported

@Fidomobile Has some of the worst customer service ever- 1st I said it wasn't coincidence that my data stopped working as soon as the power outage happened. Then after swapping devices and proving its not any phones its their network- they still wanted me to call tech support...

  • MTWestCoast Michele Touchette (@MTWestCoast) reported

@Fidomobile your "new callback feature" does not work. I tried 5 times and never got a text with a link. It is impossible to get in touch with an agent. This is completely and utterly unacceptable.

  • CoachEbe Paul Eberhardt (@CoachEbe) reported

@Fidomobile might have the worst customer service of all time!! I have been disconnected 6 times while trying to live chat with them. It is impossible to even come close to actually speaking to a real person. Bye bye @Fidomobile you guys truly suck!!! #fidosucks

  • krusinckas Anthony Krusinckas (@krusinckas) reported

@Fidomobile my wife got a new phone. she did the upgrade through the fido app, she did not realize she should have done it on her number. This has a problem because now they think I upgraded when I didn't and my bill now includes the full cost of the phone I had for my line.

  • FatherFRYZE Dakota Martai (@FatherFRYZE) reported

I don’t think Telecom companies like @koodo and @Fidomobile should be allowing 3G data to count towards my data allotment. My contract says unlimited 4G/LTE access. Even chatr gets unlimited 2G network. Literally the highest plans in the world and they charge $25 for 1 extra GB
