    @Fidomobile Started receiving ~2k scam calls/day. Called service centre : No help. Now you slap me with a 3k bill and put me through long holds. When asked for why am I charged 3k, you say pay now and we'll tell later. #extortion #consumer_rights @ONconsumer

    Love when I call @Rogers for a billing issue, spend 33 minutes on hold and explaining the issue, they tell me this is beyond the scope of their authority and transfer me to @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile pretty great I get a certified pre owned phone and it doesn't even work, then I contact customer support get the run around and only to. Find out you guys don't even have a replacement for the phone I want.....
