@Fidomobile, why is it hard to speak to a person & why is the default customer service set at passive aggressive and dismissive with vague answers to straight questions? Not enjoying being judged by the company I've been with for 25 years & treated like I don't deserve answers.

  • Tweety_Ali_ Ali (@Tweety_Ali_) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile internet service has been intermittent since Thursday. I keep getting text messages to say the issue has been fixed and it isn’t. This is unacceptable now. I work from home! Literally got disconnected in the middle of meeting today.

@Fidomobile Hi Fido! I am a seriously dissapointed customer! I really hope I can be helped with my major issue. I made a switch from Rogers to Fido but after my experience, I want to go back to Rogers!

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile. Your services are going from bad to worst. Home internet services in Mississauga are affected since yesterday. It's more than 24 hrs now. Please resolve the issue at the earliest. #fidooutage #fido

@Fidomobile - I have been charged wrongly for $425 in my account, I called multiple time in last one month and the issue is not resolved yet . You are the worst telecom service provider I had ever seen, stop robbing your customers.

  • B_Lukasik Brandon Lukasik (@B_Lukasik) reported

@Fidomobile I’m wondering why your call centres are closed, your chat support doesn’t work and your website is not working. Do I have a cell company anymore?

  • AmarKumar88 Amar kumar (@AmarKumar88) reported

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions there has been an internet outage in Mississauga from morning. Tried to reach out to the representatives with no luck. They told us that internet would resume by 8pm but it didn’t. It has heavily impacted our work. #fido #fidohomeinternet #fidooutage

@Fidomobile my phone reception sucks in my building and I’m only on the 14th floor. How is Chatr’s service bars higher than yours???

  • MinionMania18 Minion (@MinionMania18) reported

Your chat service is unreliable, agents randomly disappear @Fidomobile. Also, why is there a $45 self-service upgrade fee for tablet upgrades when you cannot upgrade tablets online and are not available in store... (iPad Air)
