    I went to Harvey’s to use the Fido xtra offer. Guess what @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions your app failed and hit snag. That’s your way to giving Fido xtra so it won’t work when you want to use it. And locked me out for 30 mins. #worst

    @Fidomobile @Fidomobile FidoRoam got activated without any consent. Received email and SMS for the same and there is no guidelines attached to that to CANCEL it. Live chat Queue position is more than 50 which would take more than 30 minutes to chat. Be competitive and take care of customers

    @Fidomobile Why have I gotten 6 text messages from Fido reminding to pay me bill...make that 7. I have a negative balance on my account. Make that 8 texts. I got an email this morning showing my balance. Fix your automated texting service...9 texts.

    @Fidomobile The Fido My Account app is not working for 3 weeks. Error message "Something went wrong. Sorry, we've hit a snag. Please check back later. Cannot access Fido Extra and The extra 5 GBs 😡
