@kealune @Fidomobile I gave up on iphones tbh. They'll always have those dumbass issues. I had so many iphones and they all went to **** after a few months

  • livingburrito shaaqolaan (@livingburrito) reported

Yeah i think it’s time to cancel all my lines with @Fidomobile

  • CITIZEN_GUJ Citizen (@CITIZEN_GUJ) reported

@Michyme1982 @Fidomobile That's sad. I can feel you. I am a new customer and I was ported from other network with a certain promise. After the porting they backtracked from the promise. I had to invest a lot of time and energy to just get what I promised before. (Even after having everything in writing)

  • speedbird Tom George (@speedbird) reported

I'm in downtown Winnipeg and on @Fidomobile I'm flipping between 3G and 2 bars of LTE and data is cutting out. Had other problems with FIDO's network from Barrie to Port Dover. It's 2021 Fido and it's not like you're a discount network.

  • DragonbornDrums DD (@DragonbornDrums) reported

So @Fidomobile has a Refer A Friend program offering both people a free month. Been going on since May (but I never heard a thing). I convinced Jordyne to switch to Fido, and the following night, I found out about the program from an email. Now they tell us we can't benefit. Wtf?

  • ChrisRumig Chris Rumig (@ChrisRumig) reported

@Fidomobile your service is brutal for 45.5 degrees North -79.9 West..most times all weekend NO service in an area that should be LTE coverage.

  • Mark93434851 Mark Young (@Mark93434851) reported

Just a warning that @Fidomobile is offering a deal where increasing your plan by a few bucks will give you more data, but they'll fail to mention that any discounts you had will be nullified so your plan will actually increase by a lot more. Be careful, because it's irreversible.

  • CITIZEN_GUJ Citizen (@CITIZEN_GUJ) reported

@Fidomobile After so many tweets, screenshots and waste of time. I am offered $120 credit that makes the 24 months $5 discount. I am feeling like a beggar. Am I a Beggar to you @Fidomobile ? Is this how you treat other customers? Or its just me? #unfairTradePractice

  • WhoeverFletcher Lauren (@WhoeverFletcher) reported

Switched from @koodo to @fidomobile and was charged the tab bonus for my year old phone. Reason for switch: zero bars. Apparently I should have called koodo to try to fix anyway. Is that really something you could have fixed koodo? #fineprint

  • albertfeghaly Albert Feghaly (@albertfeghaly) reported

@Fidomobile After discussing the issue a second time with Fido's agents, got to the same conclusion as the first time: Fido's policies completely prohibit their agents from using empathy and assess situations on a case-by-case basis. This is unjust, callous and wrong. Exploring alternatives.
