    @Fidomobile No i will not, i hate fido and being forced to be their customer by a contract so much right now and theres nothing u can do to make up for all the humiliation i went through with the 5-6 different people i spoke to in the span of 90 minutes today. Loyalty is a crime with fido

    @Fidomobile doesn’t want to have to communicate with their clients over the phone anymore. The good news is they won’t have to because my new cell phone provider is going to tell them when I cancel my services. #CancelFido #NoCustomerService

    Hey @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile - I upgraded my phone with you recently and was told 2-5 business days to receive my phone, called customer service and the phone is back ordered 4-6 weeks, why didn't you disclose that information beforehand?? Love Fido, but I'm very disappointed!

    @Fidomobile How do I get a hold of someone who is actually competent at Fido? 611 cannot fix my issue and I’m ready to port out for the second time in the last two weeks.

    @justcanadaTings @Fidomobile I have the same problem, the app is flooded by 1 star reviews with people who have the same problem. I called and billing gave me 3gb extra for 3 months free because it's impossible to access the 5 free hours of data on all plans

    If i didnt have a 2 year contract with @Fidomobile i promise i would have burned my phone down and chopped my fingers off for ever dealing with this ****** company. I dont say that lightly, ive been a loyal customer since 2016. #wosrtcustomersupport #worstmanagement #useless

    @Fidomobile no i dont want anything to do with fido i will cancel whatever i can cancel and terminate my contracts with fido and wait on the ones i cant cancel. I will be spreading the word, people need to know about my experienceS with fido so they know what to expect
