@Fidomobile your wifi still keeps going out, i called your people yesterday they said they were fixing wires, and this was at 3, and it fixed at 12, now its out again why does this keep happening? you should probably check if another wire is down

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions But after 5 business days the bill just went down to $104.96. Again talking to customer service on 24 june. they said that from July bill my plan would be of 6+2 gb+$10 discount on my plan & additional $10 would be deducted from bill since i paid extra.

@Fidomobile what's wrong with your service these days? Consistently at 1 bar in the middle of town, lose signal regularly, texts fail to send. Is this a BC or nation wide thing? Or is my phone just hooped

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I had changed my plan from $55 - 6+2gb to $55 - 25gb on May 21 2021. My 6+2 gb plan had a promotional $10 discount which was removed when i changed it. But the same day i asked the customer service to revert it to my old plan which had the $10 discount.
