Eric Attard (@attard1978) reported@Fidomobile tried calling twice today. Stayed on hold well over an hour both times to get hung up on by the phone systems. Also tried to online chat and was unable to even be placed in a queue. This is not great service.

I bet if they lose enough customers they will match it in a week time but by then it will be too late. Would have preferred to avoid this hassle but here we go again #greed

Alen Marks (@alenppc) reported@Fidomobile I have a byod plan, in QC and the best I was offered by customer service yesterday was 1GB at $35. This is my second line, so I will be switching.

So here in Canada we have the world's highest phone rates & companies can continue giving us lousy service without worrying about serious competition.
