    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Thank you for the update, but it would be nice if you updated your phone system. When called at 1pm you had already been down for over 12 hrs, but there was no message about the outage.

    @Fidomobile hey, ********. I can’t talk to people irl because it’s a global pandemic. And now with a nationwide shut down it doesn’t get any better. I’m switching tnt.

    @Fidomobile your response to the issues was to shut down all avenues of customer support. You could at least he helping your customers set up wifi calling since you're unable to keep your service running. Instead you in st show us you really don't care.
