    @Fidomobile I think you gays must be awarded with the lifetime achievement award for ignoring customers. People are trying to reach your customer service and all they got is 3 hrs of waiting and hung up call. Nice way to handle customer in festival season.

    So @Fidomobile is offering great Black Fri deals to increase their customer base but won’t open those great deals to their existing customers…phone lines busy..chat queues closed..the in store employees have been directed not to entertain the existing customers..wow!

    @Fidomobile chat disconnected me after 5 mins of inactivity after I waited for them for 3 hours. Phone lines are down. Haven't been able to reach you guys all week trying to set up voicemail. What gives?

    1st you have US wait 2Hrs to get a hold of someone, only to get disconnected or cold silence! Been with this company for many yrs and hold 3lines! While there're better plans & service don't why I waste my time! Something needs to get! ASAP @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers
