    @Fidomobile online access to my account has been suspended (for no reason) and i have to wait 1.5 - 2.5 hours on the phone to find out WHY. Can you explain/please help? This is insane.

    @Fidomobile I received the worst service from Fido today. The associate quoted me a higher price for a device than whats on the site. Spoke to a supervisor and he tried to back track on the calculations. Just overall bad service.

    I took 2 lines from Fido on September but no bill is issued till now and in between both lines got suspended and call the customer to get active again but they have not given the clarification and asked me to call again really very horrible service. @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions There are some bad eggs in your Fido Montreal Chat support team. Blaming the Customer without proper due diligence and abruptly ending the chat is something I haven't seen done in a long time. Hope your Managers take heed #PoorCustomerService

    @Fidomobile Is this how you treat your customers?! Just tells them to go do it themselves, then stops talking and puts them back on hold while the office is closed when you just don’t want to clarify a question they asked?!!!! I WAITED 4 F***KING HOURS FOR NOTHING!

    @Fidomobile then when asked for plans available to me as someone whose been with fido for a while, hd quotes me the same price as a new customer. I guess loyalty means nothing to Fido

    @Fidomobile What a bad experience with cx care today waited for 1 hour for tech support and when they come on phone answer rudely and can’t find solution for me. Been with fido for 5 years and so disappointed with there customer solution specialist.
