    I have a @Fidomobile cell & the signal is terrible where I live. Frequent dropouts, no 5g. I'm done with it. Went to a @FreedomMobile store and, respect to them, they admitted their signal is weak where I live too. They're new, so I'll wait, and their integrity won't be forgotten

    @Fidomobile @CBC @CP24 Dear Fido! Your customer service was best till few yrs back. Now, it's worst among all. To get hold of customer service, one has to wait almost a week. What a pathetic service..... I guess Bell is far better.... SHAME....

    @Fidomobile please have someone return my call. Apparently the only way to add ny daughter as authorized on my account is to speak to someone via a phone call. But despite your advertising that support is avail 24/7 I can’t reach anyone until Thursday. This is unacceptable. I

    @Fidomobile I will never use Fido again even after unsubscribing to their emails I did not want when I started my account they won’t stop harassing me I’m getting hundreds of emails every month **** you fido you pieces of **** 💩 it’s been years I’m done
