    I have been a loyal customer with @Fidomobile with over 4 yrs & I have never been so angry at a company as I am now. I had to escalate the call 2 head office & even then I feel like I'll accomplish nothing. After this week I am seriously considering leaving your company. 🤬

    @Fidomobile waiting for the return call from the win back team, it's been 2 days. If I'm not getting any call from them by EOD, I'm gonna stick with my new service provider which I'm still happy about. Tot of giving u guys a chance.
