@Fidomobile On Friday, Fido confirmed the device was received after 2 hours of wait on the phone. Fido customer support lied I would receive a contact email by Monday. I said to him that he was lying, so he told me he would call me on Monday at 11am. He did not call.

@CxoxMarie @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Nope It’s not even shipped. Worst customer service ever from Fido. Why take an order if the phones are out of stock. They don’t even mention that phones are out of stock so we will ship it to you once back. Pathetic! 😔

@Fidomobile nothing quite makes a customer feel valued like sitting on hold for almost an hour, finally getting connected to someone, getting out on hold then 'due to unforseen circumstances we're unable to assist you, call again later'... TWICE.

@Fidomobile I was disconnected from chat after 5mins of inactivity after waiting 3 hours to get someone. Phone lines and chat are now down. Website isn't working. I have been trying to set up voicemail for a week and can't. What gives? Unacceptable.
