Why does my phone still have only 2 bars cell signal? Living in an urban center, I expect this to be resolved by now. @AboutRogers @Fidomobile #rogersoutage #rogersoutrage

  • stitchlady Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported

@MarkMah98975156 @RogersHelps @Fidomobile I was down 17 hours. Didn’t come back on until 10 pm Friday and then all day Saturday and Sunday ignite tv was freezing and sound cutting out. Seems to get worse as the day goes on!!

  • KaMak719 Ka Mak (@KaMak719) reported

@Rogers @Fidomobile crediting us for just Friday when it was limited service for 3, is blatantly ignoring fault and the disruption it caused for many businesses and individuals. Late communication and still drop the ball, irony for a telecommunication company.

  • stitchlady Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported

@MarkMah98975156 @RogersHelps @Fidomobile I know - I heard it'll be a credit for 1 day - about $3.82 but my tv is still not working properly. I will demand a bigger credit! They can't get away with this crap.

  • GregorioAnselm1 Gregorio Anselmo (@GregorioAnselm1) reported

@Fidomobile Do them gladly since no one is inconvenienced or exert a little effort like lifting a finger to finish them. A satisfied customer is a blessing to the company!!! A meticulous, whining employee is a burden 2 the company, the manager not knowing what foolish deed she is about to do

  • Pjhvan Peter Hickman 🏳️‍🌈🇨🇦 (@Pjhvan) reported

@Fidomobile There was an outage too in Comwave. Now would you call that sheer coincidence. No! I am a comwave subscriber and PQ and BQ made a last to the minute move to stop me from disclosing the truth: Francophone Oblates were responsible for the genocide of the indigenous children!

  • jake20208 jake2020 (@jake20208) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I don't have cellular data connection today, can you advise what the issue is??

  • Azmian2022 A Z (@Azmian2022) reported

@Fidomobile I need to be compensated for my loss over the weekend I lost $450 because I couldn’t get through to my customer on time and they all was a emergency job. This is unacceptable. Just got off the phone with Fido and they only gonna credit $3 dollars are you serious ?
