    Clearly @Fidomobile wants to continue harassing me for money I don't owe. I guess I'll have to make a complaint to the consumer protection office. All this because they don't allow customers to report an invoicing bug, and no reasonable customer support. Incredible.

    @iFightForKids That's why I switched from @Fidomobile when they raised my price, cause the Ai virtual call in was so unbearable and you could not speak to a human same day. You had to book a callback for several days down the week.

    @Fidomobile you guys are useless oh. Someone is calling for help for something and all your people want to do is push offers of higher phone & internet bill, upgrade phone or get Mastercard. Couldn’t even help resolve my issue. USELESS!!!

    @Fidomobile I am trying to PORT my number from FIDO to other carrier and your customer service(Aman) they are just disconnecting my call. Meanwhile you guys are just overcharging for nothing. If this is the thing i will escalate this issue and will not pay my bill.

    @Fidomobile guys I need your help. You’re AI is a joke. I can’t update the address on the account and I’ve got to sort out a cell phone we ordered, but it went to the wrong address. Can you please DM me because you’re AI and your website is beyond frustrating.
