@Fidomobile -- what a pathetic customer service. I have been trying to contact from abroad 00 1 514-925-4590 and all I get is askjack which doesn't understand anything. I even tried calling 1-888-481-3436. Cant believe you have removed the option of speaking to a service rep :(

  • DerrTheDeerFox Derr (@DerrTheDeerFox) reported

Saying goodbye to @Rogers / @Fidomobile. I'm tired of Fido not having 5G access and the outage 3 times in 3 years for the price I pay is ridiculous. I couldn't work the day of the outage and lost a lot of money.

@Fidomobile ****** service and customer service from your agents

  • SteveDaly15 Steve Daly🇨🇦🇺🇦 (@SteveDaly15) reported

@Bryson_M @Fidomobile I’d expect the next one. I got my bills just a day or two after the outage.

  • rohancnaidu arcanadian_23 (@rohancnaidu) reported

But looks like your team does care about loyal customers. They are only stuck with your dated processes which make customer run from one channel to the other with no resolution. Time to switch. @TELUS @Bell do you guys care for customers? Or do you guys follow the @Fidomobile way

  • duraidali Duraid Hassn (@duraidali) reported

Out side the country and my @FidoSolutions roaming is not working. @Fidomobile please help. I tried reset, restart the phone but no use

  • Roland73619763 Roland (@Roland73619763) reported

@FidoSolutions I will but it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer coming from you @Fidomobile the customer service people should work on the communication, empathy etc. It’s like you just choose them to work without training them or your trainers are ******

  • rohancnaidu arcanadian_23 (@rohancnaidu) reported

After I spend hours with your support team and get the order cancelled, the store makes me drive for 3 min only to let me know they cannot offer me the price I was offered online. @Fidomobile this is almost a scam run by your stores. “Make customers cancel online orders”

  • DarklingGhost GhostRiverDarkling (@DarklingGhost) reported

@Fidomobile you guys emailed us, telling us our accounts would be credited for the outage earlier this month. That was a lie. 😡

  • PrkingVigilante Parking Vigilante (@PrkingVigilante) reported

If you like having to restart ur phone every day, just so that it will perform its most basic functions, or constantly have to adjust the volume back up from zero while listening to a program, I recommend the @google #pixel6 from @Fidomobile. It's a piece of ****, but who cares?
