Yesterday, I wanted to access my @Fidomobile account, but apparently, it was suspended. I contacted their support and was told that I am suspended because of fraud!! It seems the plan they offered to me was too good to be true! What a ****** mobile provider..

@Fidomobile I recently moved to Canada and I see a user Save $50 on the Setup Service Fee when they activate online,but for in store purchase of SIM you are charging me $50 for activation. I believe my first experience with Fido is not that good. My $50 should be waived off.

@Fidomobile ur website is a joke, I tried buying a wireless plan online, provided all the details including my cc and dl, u guys hit my credit and on the last step I got “something went wrong”, now my credit score went down and I dont even have my new fido connection.
