@Fidomobile had a horrible experience with Fido today. Even after 3 hours on the phone, the issue wasn't resolved. Very disappointed with the service.

Something very wrong with @Fidomobile I've had #Fido for years and never used more than 1 gig of data. We get new phones and all of a sudden it takes 1 week to hit 2 gigs. I'm on wifi at work and home all the time yet data charges pile up. Something very wrong. Seems fraudulent.

Continuing: I spent $280+ a month and you guys don't know to to keep me happy. We had a deal. I get $150 gift card for the internet service. How about I don't pay you until I reach the $150. How would you feel? @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile

@CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile yeah, but the same way this plan was available, another was offering less data also was and I decided to pick up the last one with no problem. To me it sounded like the person could explain why I was being charged for a plan that Fido regularly charges almost $50 bucks less.

@CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile Sorry, who are you? The $60 plan is avail to existing customers and I understand they might be sold or even be registered in the system diff\ly , but the service is the same: 10GB of data. I signed up for a 2y contract that should have been changed to a cheaper one when finished

@LOGANHYT10 @Fidomobile As FidoSolutions noted, in this case, 4G and LTE refer to the same network technology. Most North American versions of devices denote that network as LTE whereas most global or international versions will show 4G.
