for anyone that is living in the burnaby BC area and is either a @Fidomobile or Rogers customer or looking to become one do not whatsoever go to the Brentwood Mall location.These guys leak out your personal info by sending contracts to the wrong email without checking with you.

So disappointed in @Fidomobile service. I was on hold for 40 mins and as soon as I get in contact with a worker I get cut off. I really hope someone can get back to me Because I don’t want to wait on hold for so long again

@Fidomobile Started receiving ~2k scam calls/day. Called service centre : No help. Now you slap me with a 3k bill and put me through long holds. When asked for why am I charged 3k, you say pay now and we'll tell later. #extortion #consumer_rights @ONconsumer

@Fidomobile finally said yes to a win back deal after two years, got my first bill, received a single credit for a month rather than 2 months, feels like a complete scam. Please fix how your billing works or be more clear to customers so that we at least say no.
