    @Fidomobile : just pissed with how your agents are so hopeless. I am charged a 50 dollar for service fee which was expected to be credited back.This has not been done and your agents keep talking random stuff.

    .@Fidomobile @Rogers can you work with @kakaoteam to figure things out on why the messenger service has only impacted those on iphone users? Not sure if it's Canada wide but BC users are certainly feeling it. Thank you.

    @Fidomobile brutal service! Bought a "Like new phone" arrived with only 85% battery health, 3 exchanges, 2 store visits, 5 calls, no resolution. Why can I be helped?????
