    @Fidomobile I already cancelled and have the notification since 2026-05-28 the notification id is 2776928255 as of today Fido is still sending me bills. Can you please stop harassing, stealing, and billing me for a service I cancelled more than 3 months ago!

    @Fidomobile can you all imagine my voice mail is in French and I can’t get a hold anyone until Tuesday at 3:30pm. Because Fido’s customer service is in Indian. I have been with Fido for 20 years

    It’s wild to me that @Fidomobile, which is essentially @Rogers doesn’t have customer service on a Sunday? They’ll let you sign up for their services but if something goes wrong … get ****** :) No ported phone number means no calls. No text. No 2FA.

    I've been trying to cancel my phone line with @Fidomobile, and as far as I can tell, they've made it completely impossible to do that. Every time I've called (4 times) and gotten to the point where the rep realizes they can't convince me to stay, they hang up.

    @Fidomobile . Hey Fido , how about hiring some people that can actually understand ENGLISH when you do callbacks . Something that should take about 1 minute has gone on for 20 . Your customer service is the absolute worst in all of Canada
