    @Fidomobile REFUSES to close my account even though I have moved out of the country! They are still taking money from my bank account. They will only cancel with LIVE AGENT. I have called 15+ times on hold 1-3 HOURS before disconnected by them!

    @Fidomobile . Hey Fido , how about hiring some people that can actually understand ENGLISH when you do callbacks . Something that should take about 1 minute has gone on for 20 . Your customer service is the absolute worst in all of Canada

    @iFightForKids That's why I switched from @Fidomobile when they raised my price, cause the Ai virtual call in was so unbearable and you could not speak to a human same day. You had to book a callback for several days down the week.

    @Rogers @Fidomobile WHY IS YOUR CUSTOMER/TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM SO BAD!? NOBODY SPEAKS FLUENT ENGLISH AND IT TAKES DAYS TO GET A CALL BACK. Ridiculous. Slap in the face to customers who have been with you for years. I'm switching.

    @Fidomobile customer service is literally HELL. To speak to a live agent you need to schedule a callback.. you’re stuck talking to some stupid AI bot that doesn’t understand.. the agents you then talk with are from India, so you spend the next 37 mins repeating yourself.. FML

    @Fidomobile in Mexico currently & can’t get hold of anyone @ 611. Need help with 2 travel plans……. a wrong date was provided through an agent for me & wife’s plan that was requested yesterday online was not implemented. Just did it again on line & it is isn’t working.
