    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile giving customers credit equivalent to a fee for one day is not enough. Thats just crazy! How about you ask your customers how much money did they lose because of your service being down for that day? This is totally insane and unfair. fidooutage

How specifically did the update affect your network and wtf guys? This is ridiculous How could you let this happen?
