    I had auto payments active and a payment bounced.. Once I got the funds I made a manual payment and then the auto payment came out as well after.. I accidentally paid twice! Support is telling me ill get a cheque in 5 weeks if I want a refund... are you kidding me? @Fidomobile

    @znarwhall @Fidomobile Degradation? More like completely dead, it's as if you only have 1 cell tower in the area and no backup power. Might as well die trying to call for help. Embarassing

    Would've liked to see @Fidomobile and rogers learn from their recent mistakes and sort out their phone lines. Last power outage left me without my phone for hours and so far this one has seen me without cell coverage for 24hrs so far #poweroutage #Montreal

    @DevinShuman @Fidomobile idk, I worked customer service in the US when I was a youngin, and current experiences still place it far far far above the standard here

    @Fidomobile well its a worst service , they charged me so much big amount about long distance charged which i was told i have 1000 minutes and now saying u dont have it.
