@Fidomobile I am unable to contact any customer service agent by calling 611 since a few weeks ago. How can I sort out a billing error? I can’t do it via AskJack bot

It’s actually embarrassing how bad @Fidomobile customer service is. And their network in general. Switching companies ASAP! Maybe to one that doesn’t lose service for days. Who should I go with ? @Bell_Support maybe?

Boy, @Fidomobile has a seriously decrepit tech situation going on. I was told on the phone that you simply can't manage pre-paid accounts on the website, it has to be done over the phone. But the website lets you try to do it, it just doesn't work 🙃

@Fidomobile any reason fido sells devices with known battery defects, misrepresent their goods, then makes you go through 25 different people across 5 calls, and get 3 different types of advice? Also, 2 staff saying they will email us to initiate a refund, but never doing so?

@Bryson_M @Fidomobile I’d expect the next one. I got my bills just a day or two after the outage.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Fido if you cannot value a customer who has been loyal to your company from last 2.5 years and if your customer care executives don't know how to treat your customers than please don't add new customer base.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers After the the whole July 8th fiasco, this is the 3rd or 4th time , there's been a service interruption. What are you going to do about it? Is this your way or subtly suggesting to upgrade to a better network provider?

@Fidomobile is your call back feature down? I got a text for ASKJACK but the link just takes me to your support page. how do I schedule a call back and speak with a human?

It is super fun* that @Fidomobile 's page to report a lost phone gives a 404 error, as does any attempt to make a service request on my device protection. I wonder if after last month's fiasco they just... decided not to let anyone contact them?

.@Fidomobile @Rogers so it takes 5 full days to fix your outage and then 2 full months before the credit will be applied?
