    @DecaireRobert @Fidomobile Apparently the Rogers cell network is having widespread problems today. My phone currently can't connect to the SpeakOut network either (MVNO that runs on the Rogers cellular backbone). It was showing 2G service until I rebooted my phone, now no service at all.

    @Fidomobile your customers count on you. Every hour the service is down is good for $1000 credit right. You understand that you signed a contract that said you would supply service get the network up or pay up! I got work to do.

    @amanmangat08 @Rogers @Fidomobile Bell seems to have no issues at the moment. But entire Rogers is affecting the business networking

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions every customer affected by the outage should be receiving this and not have to pay their bill this month. And don't you DARE charge anyone late fees after this stunt!

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile It's been HOURS that you've been down, guys. What is going on here? We're living in a lockdown world and for many of us, our phones are integral to our business/livelihood. You must have identified the problem by now, so we'd like some answers please.
