Had three horrific conversations with 2 utility service providers @Fidomobile and an academic institution today @ucanwest. Glad I have options to change my service plan & select another school to continue my Exec. Edu. Nobody pays attention to customer service anymore?

@Fidomobile Poor Customer Service. Encouraging Fraudulent shops who sell Fido. I bought two new lines and I was promised my setup service fee will be waived off but that's not the case and when I talk to cust. care to help me out they said they can't and store has all excuses.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions The biggest issue with your voicemail service is , it doesn’t tell the day and time the voicemail was left. I think I better move to @FreedomMobile who has better voicemail service. I lost my job because I thought msg was from past & never called them.
