    @Fidomobile @RogersHelps I was convinced to return with the promise of FREE US calling but now I’m being charged. A/C No 507570791. Called brand ambassador team many times.lady who sold me the plan is “never at her desk” & no callback yet. This feels misleading. Please fix ASAP

    @Fidomobile Hello I have a hard time to talk to a person or reaching you by email I canceled my account in November 2024 and you owe me $5 since. I was told I would get a cheque in June 2025 but I never did I’ve been trying to make a contact since but it’s unsuccessful

    @Fidomobile do you think customer wouldn’t pay attention and you can charge em whatever your if they find Fido will say sorry and will do the correction ?? This is call rip off, shame on you @Fidomobile now you will ask for to send me private msg so you can save your image 😡😡😡

    Yikes, @Fidomobile makes it really hard to get in contact with them. Used to be great customer service. But trying online chat is useless and phone just goes in circles. Time to switch.

    @1111SpiritualBb @Fidomobile Hope you post a follow up here. Almost NO competition in banking, telcos, etc means they can all ditch customer service staff in order to maximize profits, dividends, executive bonuses, etc.

Got a called yesterday from Fido to make a complain and the next mail I got was my account has been changed to a mobile plan of $45 monthly This is really wrong and I didn’t request for such. *** Fido should contact me immediately to correct

    The @Fidomobile customer service is probably the most god awful chat/phone line I’ve ever experienced. And I worked for be. Guarantee I’ll get a tweet back faster than their callback request.
