  for anyone that is living in the burnaby BC area and is either a @Fidomobile or Rogers customer or looking to become one do not whatsoever go to the Brentwood Mall location.These guys leak out your personal info by sending contracts to the wrong email without checking with you.

  @Fidomobile Hi Fido , I found out something interesting today when I called fido . I have been with Fido since 2012 and from then until now I have never gotten a promo or cheap deal or any rye of offer that would benefit me. I am been such a loyal customer. Not too happy - jas

  Love when I call @Rogers for a billing issue, spend 33 minutes on hold and explaining the issue, they tell me this is beyond the scope of their authority and transfer me to @Fidomobile

  @Fidomobile I am a fido prepaid customer for last 1+ year. I took this connection with iPhone 12 mini. The contract is till 22 nov 2023. Currently I’m in India and not using Fido roaming. Can you please pause the service for a while, until I return back to Canada?

  @Fidomobile ... the worst customer service in the telecommunications arena. Advised to wait MINIMUM 45 mins to speak to a manager for an error FIDO BILLING made... Why not just take my number and call me back...😡😡😡
