    Fido did not honor/cancelled my brother's BlackFriday phone deal which he placed for pickup. Simply ruined, way to go. No notice given. Went to there customer Live chat, and they are offering at higher prices the same phone and plan. @Fidomobile @JaiswalRavinshu

    Been on hold with @Fidomobile for close to an hour for a billing issue where they’ve overcharged me. First two calls they simply disconnected me and told me to call back. 🥴😵‍💫

    I am still trying to solve my problem @Fidomobile they don’t seem to care at all. And then they will charge me for something that I did not buy. Will be changing for another company ASAP

    @Fidomobile Yup just spoke to customer retention which confirmed that the corporate evil overlords have tied the hands of staff to fix any billing problem by creating a strange workaround that returns my money in 6 months, pfft. I’m so NOT surprised that you’re keeping my money 6 months

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile no way to connect with fido customer care. Chat unable to connect to customer care and phone are 3 hrs plus wait time. Can someone from the team care to contact?

    @Fidomobile How is this my fault?I have now run out of options to avail Black Friday offers from other network providers. You guys couldn’t even communicate that the device is not in stock & I would have cancelled the contract & gone with some other providers offer while there was still time

    @CxoxMarie @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions They were heavily dependent on factory in China it seems. Factory is shut down due to covid I guess. Shocking that there was no back up plan seriously. How come they ignore Black Friday and cyber week demands? 😳 Also on Apple website, latest ship date is 28 Dec! So we're screwed
