    @MarkMah98975156 @RogersHelps @Fidomobile I was down 17 hours. Didn’t come back on until 10 pm Friday and then all day Saturday and Sunday ignite tv was freezing and sound cutting out. Seems to get worse as the day goes on!!

    @Fidomobile hi team, I have been using Fido for ~3 months now. I have been getting flaky network ever since. I waited long enough to know that this is a persistent problem. Can someone please contact me on DM to assist me further with this?

    @Fidomobile Don Mills and Steeles area - No home internet yet, it's been 3 days now. Can't reach your customer care or technical support either. This is just horrible service Fido. And I've restarted my modem many many times, so please don't ask me that again.

    I'm done with @Fidomobile and @Rogers after being loyal 15 years. For the 3rd time it goes down. I'm sorry but I'm done. Good thing I never signed up again for a new phone. Sayonara. I'm going to a new network.
