    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile had Avery bad experience with Fido billing error and no response from the credit department either. Issue still not resolved . Hope someone can guide to contact higher authorities.

    @Fidomobile someone just called me on my cellphone stating he was agent ? (used to be long time ago a Fido customer) from a unknown number ? (not toll free) ? Would it be a spam ?

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I visited Fido at square one, missisauga and was taken care by Jaimin. For 1st S21 phone I was given a Buds + earphone and for the 2nd since it was out of stock, I was asked to call back and have been following up everyday, but no one responds. Help !!
