    @Fidomobile how come your customer service via phone have such rude and disrespectful workers? Last two times I called each associate just wanted to argue. Why such argumentative behavior? I was calm the whole time and mentally checked out because of how ridiculous it is.

    @Fidomobile My heart skips a beat every single ******* time my phone rings because it means someone I love is in a bad situation or its another stressful call. 99% of the calls I get is from robots and I just can't anymore. Is there a way to mask my phone number I'm losing my ******* mind.

    @Fidomobile Very shocked that after 17 years of being a loyal customer and paying $1000s more a year than others do that your company didnt make an effort to keep me as one. Anybody got suggestions on better service providers??

    @Fidomobile most carriers allow transferring an eSIM between devices online. Why do you force customers to visit a store? This is a big problem for travellers.

    @Fidomobile Fido Internet is down in Pickering , Ontario. Tech-support says estimated time of recovery is 11 PM. The outage started around 2:45 PM. Fido Internet almost never goes down so this isn’t a complaint just a notification :-). #fidointernet #fidooutage

    Fido provides you with the worst customer service in the world. their customer service representative does not know how to read the bill, they don't about the process and They also don't know how to resolve a customer's issues. This is my first and last contract with @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile What happened was you added suspension fee to my bill given that it does not make any sense to charge your customers for suspending there data in addition, I paid my bill and not only that your customer service representative ended the call and she did not call me back
