Aephraim Steinberg (@QuantumAephraim) reported@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile ChatGPT seems correct: "What you saw is not accidental: AskJack has hard stop conditions. . .: Pushes a canned message. . . Disables input to prevent further escalation Repeating “agent,” “human,” or “callback” does not override this..."–@Fido has PROGRAMMED it to REFUSE to help.

Why Google doesn't support in replacement? As I am paying 60 dolar monthly as postpaid customer in @Fidomobile. It's so terrible.

Leanne Schira (@lschira) reported@FidoSolutions The callback option was 2-3 days away!!!!! That's unacceptable. The phone number is used for WORK. Please fix this ASAP. @Fidomobile @fidosolu

ouss (@oussbou6) reported@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I need to cancel a new line before they ship the phone, but I am unable to get a call before tomorrow. I called yesterday but he told me I had to call again on Monday, but I just received the confirmation of the order. Can you cancel it before it’s sent

Rob (@robertguenette) reportedWas a @Fidomobile customer for 18 years and cancelled today. They added a $5 charge to my already too-expensive plan and have been unwilling to keep me (not that you can actually talk to someone) Can’t wait for the win-back call in 2 weeks where suddenly they have flexibility

ChuckyLovesYOU (@EnoGeorge05) reported@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @FidoMarilou getting a hold of customer service should not be this hard! Do you really expect customers to be on hold for up to an hour ?
-
Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile I originally signed up because of their $27 plan for 80gb Can/US/Mex, overall a great deal. Thing is, the service is really bad in my area. I can currently get around 500mbps down with Bell where I live, and with Fido I consistently get 2-3, maybe up to around 20mbps. (2/21)

leaky (@leaky766) reported@RealKiTsKorner @Fidomobile @Rogers Unreal isnt it ? Shockingly bad customer service ......

Prashanth Bajjuri (@PrashanthB20499) reported@Fidomobile Filing CCTS complaint. Mar 22: Promised $27/80GB. Agent ran credit check + wrong area code. Mar 24: 5hrs on calls, tech says porting impossible unless I pay $70. Cancelled, but billed $116 today (Mar 26) for UNUSED service. Void this now. #CCTS #Fido #Telecom

SC (@shark7456) reportedSigned up with @Fidomobile in March because of $30.51 plan. Few months later, price increased by $5/month - 16% increase. How is it reasonable to attract new customers with one price and then increase it after they sign up? Seriously undermines customer trust.
