    @Fidomobile probably the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time! Also been cheated for way too long! (They took over $400 dollars from me last year for profit instead of just telling me that I paid off my phone and that I can change my plan to a lower one) 😡😡

    Hello @Brightstar .. it has been 5 days since your provider added my spouses @Fidomobile phone to a blocklist, functionally ending her service. Despite multiple calls, you have done nothing to resolve this. Is this typical for you?

    @lazarus7 @Brightstar @Fidomobile This is typical. Why could they not help you on their customer service lines? Because they don’t empower their staff to actually help anybody IME.

    @Fidomobile I’m online with your customer service. Apparently if your authorized on the account to make changes, you can only add a line. Or change the plan. You can’t subtract a line though? This makes no sense, especially with all the surrounding circumstances with my situ.

    . @Fidomobile I've been a customer for 7 years and spent thousands of dollars on service over the years and the customer service I get is a 3 hour phone run around when I'm dispute roaming charges from a country I've never step foot in. Ridiculous...

    @Fidomobile your website sucks..nothing works on it...you keep sending me emails saying to call you guys but you know...you guys cut me off so how am I supposed to get a hold of you if the live chat wont work and i cant call.. Ridiculous

    Hi @Fidomobile do you know today you have some sort of scam running on numbers operated by you - I have gotten a call every hour today since 6am. Answered 2 of them - no one there. They leave a silent message every time. WTF? Anyone else? #scam #spam #fido

    @Fidomobile I called just to switch my internet service to my new home and you created two acct. I called back to cancel the old service and your agents cancelled Both! Just on the phone for 3hrs reps come back with no solution and call hangs up 😡

    @Fidomobile ...when a customer does not make a payment, you are after his or her life to ensure payment is made. However, when you have to make a payment to your customer, you will ensure to not make the payment and torture your ex-customer.
