@Fidomobile offers me $35 to win me back after switching from Telus due to bad deals and bad customer service. My bill comes and it ends up being $45 a month. I'm literally ready to leave again and never come back. My dad has had his Fido bill ****** up 4 times THIS MONTH.

@Fidomobile I'm calling in and the message is saying that for reasons out of our control they can't take my call and then hang up. No other option. Horrible customer experience.

@gfinockio @Fidomobile @koodo Fido sucks. I asked them, as a customer of 5 years, if I could have a $50 for 20gb deal and they said no despite my old plan being $50 for 10gb. I cancelled my contract, went to Bell, got the plan I wanted plus a new S22 ultra for $9 less a month than I was paying fido.

Why isn’t there a callback option for @Fidomobile customer service? Is it just so people give up because they don’t even give an estimate for how long the wait is? Been with them 20+ years but this is ridiculous.

@Fidomobile Fido workers are trying very hard but Fido has TERRIBLE customer service. 3 people spending 2.5 hours on hold, waiting 1.5 hours for a call back, we'll have to pay $50 each for the name change which we first asked for years ago. I am escalating to the CCTS.

@FidoSolutions Just finished a chat with your tech support who ended the conversation abruptly saying there is no ETA on when the services will be restored. How are customers supposed to rely on your services? @Fidomobile @Rogers

@Fidomobile What does it take to get you to stop harassing me about a customer that doesn't live at my residence? Shall I go to the media and then a lawyer?

@Fidomobile and @RogersBiz has to be the worst customer service that I’ve ever seen. Thanks for wasting my time and charging me with unlimited and nonsense fees.
