💱😎YYZ.STUNNA😎💱 (@Afropolitan_25) reportedCount your days @Fidomobile !! I've scheduled a callback and still haven't received a call. I even tried the stupid voicemail prompt and still no call back. Cancel my account while we're at it.. It's not like I get to use it anyway. Ever since you guys upgraded your network...

Soban Shaikh (@soban_shaikh) reported@yoshiboost @Fidomobile Absolutely. And I am not even talking about deals or discounts. It’s just basic ask to get connected to a customer service agent. These companies need a telling.

Francisco A E Diaz (@F_Ash_Diaz) reported@CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile Would it be too much to ask that these service providers put some sort of a check to charge the roaming like home daily charge only if the data used for the day is over 1MB, especially when they know about these issues ?

Philomena Gunk (@macaghalla) reportedI've had @Fidomobile since 1996. 30 ******* years. Today, I had to schedule a call back with an agent so that I can escalate an issue to a Supervisor, who will call me back in 48-72 business hours. Needless to say, I'm taking recommendations for a new provider.

Pete (@floofydoofbkup) reported@Fidomobile its impossible to get thru to an actual person in customer service and i am heavily considering leaving my contract early because of this

Kirito96 (@kirito_9668) reported@Fidomobile your AI is ****!!! I'm having issues with the phone no longer detecting my sim intermittently everyday and you dumb AI can't send me to technical support. It's wants me to schedule a call and keeps on asking about making a payment.

Jim (@Jim_363) reported@FidoMobile, I’m extremely disappointed with the current customer service experience. After 30 minutes navigating an AI system with no resolution, the only option to speak with a representative was to schedule an appointment a week in advance. As a customer of 20 years, this level of service is unacceptable and has led me to reconsider my loyalty. @Bell, do you currently offer access to live customer service agents for long-term customers?
