I didn't ask for any free credits or anything crazy. It seems reasonable to me that I'd be offered at least a refund for the service that I never received or used. Being refused even that was the red flag that made me cancel all my lines instead of just the new one @Fidomobile

@Fidomobile One of the worst customer service provided by a Call Centre Supervisor that I have come across in life. Absence of empathy, listening, and customer focus in a Call Centre Supervisor is unbelievable in a Telecommunication Company.

Having maybe the worst experience ever with @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions the reps are being incredibly kind but I've been on and off of hold for over 2 hours. I have a new device and sim coming and they put the wrong address even though it was inputted as the correct address.

**** @Fidomobile so bad They've stripped out the customer service phone support so bad. They fully say in the menu that phone agents can no longer make certain changes and you have to do it yourself. I pay $116 a month for them to fire support agents??? Maybe not for long.

...acknowledge this was not an ordinary situation. Yes, technically I was outside the refund period with an active sim card But only because I was strung along for months by Fido with false promises that were never fulfilled, and charged full price for the privilege @Fidomobile

The worst thing I have done in the last three months was definitely switching from @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions to @koodo ! I will NEVER recommend koodo to anyone. They can’t even put together their billing info.

@Fidomobile Switching my service to elsewhere asap. your customer representatives are rude and non helping. I was happy with the service but if a company doesn't believe in helping customers with their concerns and waste their time, it's no good for me.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I've been with Fido for 3 years now and I have never used any of these "deals". Fido Xtra is a good idea in theory but they're always on brands I've never heard of, products that are way overpriced (even with the deal) or are so niche I have no use for them.
