Ak-Sar-Ben Knights (@wyntyre) reported@Fidomobile please quit calling me like 8 times a day! I don't have a Fido account and never have had one.
-
Gord M (@GordM20) reported@Fidomobile I have an appointment Omer Schell’s for tomorrow. I will let it ride and if no one calls this time I will commence shopping around for a new provider. Fido’s quality of customer service has nosedived recently. I used to be able to get a customer service rep on the phone.

ʜ ᴜ ᴍ ᴘ ʜ ʀ ᴇ ʏ (@theonlyhumphrey) reported@Fidomobile in what world do you have to wait the next day for customer service support?????? Wth am I paying for?
-
Bear Dog (@2076ckm10) reported@Fidomobile How about you provide customer service. You won't let us cancel our contract! No one will call back. So. Now what? Maybe get your poop in a hoop before telling how awesome you are.

jay makinze ❼ (@Mr_Teekay) reported@Fidomobile eric, the convenient time for me is when i am calling. not 3 days into the future. even worse: i am calling about an issue that's was supposedly fixed over a month ago.

Sean Hanley (@SeanHanleyTO) reported@Fidomobile How do I get some customer support with a phone that I ordered weeks ago. After better part of an hour on the phone I’m told it’s out of stock, but now I cannot even cancel the order. Please either provide the phone or remove the order from my account.
-
Mayank Jain (@mayank_0601) reportedI joined @tech_mahindra in mid-May as a customer support rep. During the interview, I was told that we would only be working for @Fidomobile wireless services, but 2 weeks in, we were told to handle @Rogers 3G migration, Wireless, Xfinity sales, retention etc.(2/9)

WTFisgoingon (@WTFisG0ing0n16) reported@Fidomobile What’s the number to cancel my account?
-
وحشی (@iamkmpk) reportedMoved from @Fidomobile to other carrier and was lured back by the customer retention just to be disgusted again by the “customer assistance” when activating the sim. Why run a company if you don’t have the funds to assist customers?
-
وحشی (@iamkmpk) reported@Fidomobile @Fidomobile So we need “appointments” to activate our sim now? We can’t dial in to do that like with other carriers? Can’t afford that? I believe I made a right choice moving away from Fido. Poor user experience. Poor customer service.
