@Fidomobile I recently moved to Canada and I see a user Save $50 on the Setup Service Fee when they activate online,but for in store purchase of SIM you are charging me $50 for activation. I believe my first experience with Fido is not that good. My $50 should be waived off.

@FidoSolutions my mistake that I told you abt U r not charging me device fees.. after telling you many times about deal I received and down payment thru pc points done current bill have wrong device charges . Is it really difficult to do simple math calculations? 😐 @Fidomobile

Yesterday, I wanted to access my @Fidomobile account, but apparently, it was suspended. I contacted their support and was told that I am suspended because of fraud!! It seems the plan they offered to me was too good to be true! What a ****** mobile provider..
