    Extremely dissatisfied with @Fidomobile Thursday morning a technician was here to install my WiFi, could not make it work. After talking with the support line 1-2 times a day since I still don’t have any internet, and no one can give me a timeline… 0 stars would not recommend

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Power out across a large swathe of Ontario, home internet is down, & you’re sending alerts you’re going to cut off people’s data due to usage caps? I’ve been a Fido customer since before the network was publicly live: guess how fast I will drop you!

    @kendroiddddd @Fidomobile Am very sorry this guy's will never respond I’ve tried so many times none responded, all I had to do was get an external support specialist who was able to resolve this whole issue of my account getting all messed up and it worked out perfectly, his page is #Foden020 on Instagram

    Hey @Fidomobile customers , are you aware that loyal customers are offered 1 gig of data for $45.00 but new customer offers are 6 gigs for $45.00. Just an example of customer loyalty . I don’t use all my data and was looking to reduce my plan . Fido loyalty ?

    Day 4 of @RogersHelps @Fidomobile home internet being completely out. Website says no known issues. No communication on FB or Twitter about the outage. No estimate for resumption of service. I'm pretty patient and honestly thankful we didn't lose power, but this is ridiculous.
