Worst experience with @Fidomobile Was charged for 400$ without any warning or notice of extra usage. No details provided in App and while getting the new sim from store. Never came across any network where I had to pay 400$ for a month.I don't recommend FIDO #worstsvc

Join @Fidomobile they said you’ll have free data hour yet the online app almost never works so you can’t activate it… leaving Fido first chance I get worst phone company ever #ripoff

  • MichaelBeaudin3 Michael Beaudin (@MichaelBeaudin3) reported

@Fidomobile Has been opened and waiting on fido tech to work their magic because at point it seems more like magic than actual tech. Tried all the reinstall, update, cache clearing... temporary fix. Nothing works. What is weird though is that you can't delete the app and start anew since....

*Provided service provider has proper SOC's activated in V21/ICM, in the case of @Rogers/@Fidomobile for example. #virtualboxing since before it was trendy

@Fidomobile/ @FidoSolutions I've been with you folks for about 17 years. Is it too much to ask for 3GB data added onto the existing account? C'mon, make this #Ramadan special by gifting a loyal customer with some #datalove.

@CircularLogic89 @hopeucanhearme @Fidomobile While we do have many Canadian users currently, we've seen some inconsistency between users on the same carrier/region recently which has led us to temporarily curtailing shipments until we can get more guaranteed support from carriers that can promise full compatibility.
