  @Fidomobile I scheduled a call back for the next day to change my account. I get the call back and the service rep hangs up on me or “disconnected”. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to schedule another call back. This isn’t available online, please can someone just help today?

  @Fidomobile - your service absolutely sucks! My dad's eSIM isn't working and there's no way to talk to a human. Your chatbot tells me that a human will call me on Tuesday evening! It's Friday! Who has time to wait 4 days.

  @Fidomobile I have already left Canada since June 2025 and will no longer use this plan and phone number. However, Fido keep charging me for 5 months. I can not cancel my plan online and also I can not talk to a specialist. Please help me to cancel my plan and STOP CHARGING ME anymore!

  @Fidomobile Connecting to a customer specialist is so hard now. Awful experience. AI keeps on scheduling a call, there is NO option to connect directly, even if we need to speak right away. #Fido

  @Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. 😠 😡 😤

  @Fidomobile cancelled within 14 days of activating, was charged in full and no refund as promised - trying to call, it's saying my phone was lost/stolen. help.
