@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile & all the time I have to stay in queue for so many hours while I connect ask jack which is very frustrating 🙃 😑 now I'll think to change service provider after this many years worst experience 😕

The state is Canada's telecom is abysmal. Last week my cellphone carrier @Fidomobile / @Rogers went out of service for a record breaking 24+ hours. Now my internet provider @ShawInfo is suffering an outage. So happy that Roger/Shaw merger didn't go through.

  • SkyNet96927243 AJ (@SkyNet96927243) reported

@Fidomobile @Rogers worst service. My phone number is still out of service after 6 days!!!! Nobody knows anything. I have fido internet and two phones on fido. I think its time to switch to someone else

@rogers @Fidomobile your mass email about your sorry for the outage is pointless. I don't really care for your "sorry" when we had no way of buying groceries because your services that you still can't fully be transparent about caused problems for daily banking use.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile You guys have the worst customer care service ever. There is no value for a loyal customer and you do not care to keep your customers. Please go bankrupt. There should be a petition about bringing US companies to Canada.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile What a joke in name of customer service @Rogers no retention offer given. You don't care about customers. Time for all to change from you guys.

@Fidomobile you people are worse. Its 4th day n my services are not back properly. Just for 10 mins you people provide the network and rest of the day its off. Worst, i am gonna change network.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile you guys just sent me a bill but I still don’t see a credit on the service disruption that I experienced last Friday! This is ridiculous. Where is my credit????

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK @Fidomobile does the same in Canada. On the advice of tech support, we drove to Ottawa to GO INTO A MALL DURING A PANDEMIC to talk to a human being in one of their kiosks to cancel a phone that she hadn't used in 2 years. No go. Instead, they've sicced a collection agency on her.
