@Fidomobile I am not giving out personal information over Twitter. How about a complaint email address? I don't have another hour to sit await to but cut by your staff again?

  • scoutkayaker Penny Baldwin-French ☮️ (@scoutkayaker) reported

@Fidomobile We used to have great signal at our cottage. So strong I could use phone as hot spot for laptop for work. Now, we barely get 1 bar. FaceTime won’t work. Phone calls cut in and out. CAN’T GET ANYONE AT FIDO WHO CARES. Just the brush off.

  • gravisan gravisan (@gravisan) reported

@Fidomobile I accepted your 'win-back' offer in-spite of my bad previous experience, however after four weeks - I still haven't received any response. I shouldn't have to waste my time to, maybe I should have listened to my better judgement and ignored your offer.

  • MJForbes Marty Forbes (@MJForbes) reported from Lac Ste. Anne County, Alberta

@Bruce_Winter @Fidomobile The master of the…shuffle off to somebody else. Can’t find a single person who will say ‘I will fix the problem.’ Brand new phones don’t generally have SIM cards with hundreds of contacts in them do they?

  • shollins77 Sarah Hollins 😷🇨🇦♈️🐾 (@shollins77) reported

@Fidomobile just credited me an extra 5GB of data for 6 mo. No charge. For being a loyal customer. And that’s why I’ve been with them for 14yrs. Thanks!

  • Bruce_Winter Bruce Winter (@Bruce_Winter) reported

@MJForbes @Fidomobile Customer$ are a pain in the the a$$, when they have the temerity to engage.

  • seanfordyce Sean Fordyce (@seanfordyce) reported

@_harmonyxo @Fidomobile @TELUS Over an hour on hold. Constant needing to call to deal with broken promises, now a new plan to gouge customers with credit card processing fee. Bell and Rogers are awful. Find a small company, lowest price you can.

  • John_nye77 John Nye (@John_nye77) reported

@Fidomobile why do you make it Impossible to speak to a live person for billing support?? The Phone# just redirects to a chat bot! How is a chat bot supposed to refund me for erroneous billing charges?

  • mallu_moto_vlog G. I. Joe (@mallu_moto_vlog) reported

So @Fidomobile gave me $6 dollars in credit for July 8th outage. And charged me $12 for US roaming when I accidentally dialed voicemail which lasted less than 5 seconds.... Corporate greed has no bounds.

  • hmendes00 Hugo Mendes (@hmendes00) reported

My wife and I were really happy with a service from @Videotron (Our internet provider) where they had a salesperson knocking on our door asking us to switch to them (for mobile services) and leave @Fidomobile. There was a catch though. 🧵 (PT 1)
