  @Fidomobile REFUSES to close my account even though I have moved out of the country! They are still taking money from my bank account. They will only cancel with LIVE AGENT. I have called 15+ times on hold 1-3 HOURS before disconnected by them!

  Why can’t I talk to a real person when I call @Fidomobile I just called right now and they are booking appointments for call backs on Monday, nothing earlier. Why do I have to wait until Monday to speak to a live person or get my problem resolved, that is ridiculous!!

  Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

  @Fidomobile worst service have to wait 5days in advance to talk to representatives and ask Jack is scam. You guys have become unethical trying to steal every month. I'll be going to CCTS complaints. Telecom has become a joke in Canada thanks to you guys.

  @Fidomobile you offer these data packages but nothing works. If you can't manage the 5G service don't advertise it because it sucks! And why are you a subsidiary of Rogers and use their network supposedly but the service connection is still trash ? Is this Rogers sabotaging us ?
