I have 6 lines and home internet with you guys been with you for years and trying to get any type of early loyalty upgrade is horrible. Loyalty says they can't do absolutely anything for me . To_416 (@To_L416) reported@Fidomobile @LidoPimienta @WitchProphet Stay away from fido, 30 minutes on the phone and 11 years of loyalty got me an extra $10 on my plan and $45 activation fee for picking it up at the store all because I spoke to someone on the phone instead of doing it online. Bad customer loyalty. Way to keep me. Stay away guys.
