    @LOGANHYT10 @Fidomobile As FidoSolutions noted, in this case, 4G and LTE refer to the same network technology. Most North American versions of devices denote that network as LTE whereas most global or international versions will show 4G.

    @CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile Sorry, who are you? The $60 plan is avail to existing customers and I understand they might be sold or even be registered in the system diff\ly , but the service is the same: 10GB of data. I signed up for a 2y contract that should have been changed to a cheaper one when finished

    @canadaposthelps This is the second time I’ve had issues with returning a modem to @Fidomobile, and the package that I was sending has not been scanned. I shipped this item weeks ago and am now being charged by Fido for “not returning the modem”. Where is my package.....?

    On top of that calling FIDO customer service is the WORST! Your supervisors are unbelievable rude and go against everything that the client was told when buying the phone and plan! Even though the plan breakup is written in the notes, FIDO supervisors refuse to agree! @Fidomobile

    FIDO You are the WORST cellphone provider EVER! You cannot even treat your customers that have been with you for over a decade with loyalty! At first in order to get clients you say that you would be giving several discounts! But after a month all those discounts end! @Fidomobile
