Gary Zee (@gaz2002) reported from Middlesex Centre, OntarioHey @Fidomobile I’ve been on hold close to an hour to resolve my flaky phone network issue and have to be serenaded with your awful top 40 playlist while waiting. Have been a customer since 2003 - when are you going to pickup my call?! What lousy customer service!

Chris (@cmclean1980) reported@Fidomobile @Rogers how can you only have virtual customer service? I have an issue that they can not resolve and the earliest I can speak with a human is Wednesday morning … how is this possible? This is unacceptable service!!!!

Nojan Emd (@EmdNojan306) reported@Fidomobile hi everyone my voicemail is still is on French and Fido Indian customer support said it was fixed. It’s not

Franz Thomas™ (@FranzThomas) reportedHow is @Fidomobile an actual “tele-communications” company? 🤷🏾 how can you not be able to talk to anyone? I’m embarrassed to say I’ve been a customer for 20 years! 🤬 Their “Artificial Intelligence” is built off their “Actual Intelligence” so nothing works #IKNOWFRANZ

Ammi jangra (@jangra0215) reported@CihadKeskin10 @Fidomobile Same issue, we are also trying to get in touch with Fido team but they are not helpful. @Cihad did you get any response from them?

Sarah Anderson (@SpirituallyFam) reportedAfter months of trying to resolve ongoing billing issues with @Fidomobile — including data overcharges that occurred while parental controls were active — I’m still waiting for a fair resolution. Partial credits don’t fix the underlying problem. Families deserve transparency and accountability, not exhaustion and confusion. Too many families just concede and pay because they don’t know how to fight back — allowing millions to be made off a faulty system. I won’t quietly accept that. A full reversal and goodwill credit are fair, considering the time, stress, and system failure that caused this. @CCTS_CRTC

Kevin ⚜️ Dorfer (@kevindorfer) reportedHey @Fidomobile, just landed back in Canada after a month in France and... guess who's pissed? I have this line with Fido, calls and texts only, since my data come from my other sim, French plan. No worries, I'd think. Wrong. They slapped me with $108 more—turned out, every time someone rang my Canadian number and it went straight to voicemail, boom, $18. Six times. Even though I never answered... anyhow, it's insane and next level greedy! My previous line was with @Bell and they never did this crap.

Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile I originally signed up because of their $27 plan for 80gb Can/US/Mex, overall a great deal. Thing is, the service is really bad in my area. I can currently get around 500mbps down with Bell where I live, and with Fido I consistently get 2-3, maybe up to around 20mbps. (2/21)

Shrikant Gupta (@Shrikan15918909) reportedShame on you @Fidomobile @RogersHelps — 24+ hrs and no callback. After onboarding me back, you became irresponsible. Ambassador agent Chinedu misled me with false info. Fed up with this scam-like experience. Kindly confirm my issue ASAP or I’ll move back to my old provider. #scam
