Hey @Fidomobile I’ve been on hold close to an hour to resolve my flaky phone network issue and have to be serenaded with your awful top 40 playlist while waiting. Have been a customer since 2003 - when are you going to pickup my call?! What lousy customer service!

@mrxisonx @Fidomobile Fido is a scam. They can't possibly charge us a fee for this. It's okay to lose service, but charging a fee is the last straw! I have a 5G-compatible phone, and they still charged me! This deserves a massive collective complaint!

@Fidomobile I got it from Fido, it's Motorola edge 2024, my old phone was not covered by fido network anymore so fido sent me a new phone. I activated the new simcard on my new phone yesterday and it was working but today I received the text saying my service is suspended

  • sepideh_208 sepideh (@sepideh_208) reported

@Fidomobile Yes there is no service, I received a text saying my service is suspended due to 3g network retirement but I got this sim card activated yesterday and it is new.

  • rouquinne rouquinne 🇺🇦🌻 (@rouquinne) reported

@Fidomobile It says they can't tell if my device is compatible. Obviously, my device IS compatible - I have been using it for 2 years on your network with absolutely NO problems! I'm not interested in getting an expensive new phone if that's your next suggestion.

  • JIGNESHBELA JIGNESH BELA (@JIGNESHBELA) reported

@Fidomobile Your representative told me I have a brand new 5G phone and shouldn't worry about these messages. Now you have suspended my line. I want you to help me and reinstate my line.

  • peace_wallet B-urself (@peace_wallet) reported

@Fidomobile I didn’t receive any new SIM — it’s my old SIM card. I already validated everything over online chat, shared my IMEI and SIM card number, and was told everything looks good. Still facing the issue. (Suspended)

@Fidomobile I have been a customer for almost 20 years. Do you REALLY think that my current phone won't work on a 4G network? Do you REALLY think I'm still using a 20-year old tiny Nokia phone? I tried and tried to call the number you sent to me to give my updated information.

  • ChronoDanno dan (@ChronoDanno) reported

.@Fidomobile I’m trying to call you today to tell you I am getting less than 100kb/s speed on a plan that promises over 50mbs. However, when I call, I’m faced with a robot that wants to schedule a call with me for either tomorrow, Saturday or Monday. Do I cancel my account now?
