    Hey @Fidomobile I’ve been on hold close to an hour to resolve my flaky phone network issue and have to be serenaded with your awful top 40 playlist while waiting. Have been a customer since 2003 - when are you going to pickup my call?! What lousy customer service!

    @Fidomobile added my new phone profile under someone else account, and now they want me to pay the entire cost of device to create a new account for me. WTF #Fido??? I have requested to cancel this BS. 2/3

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions You would think after an hour on hold that you would get a option to get a call back, but no way just hold and wait till customer s hang up out of frustration. Ridiculous!

    @FidoSolutions I have been with @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile since more then 3 years and this kind of careless customer services are ridiculous. Customer service representative are the worst they hang ups the calls and blame technicial issues #wowww #salute #DramaAlert

    @Fidomobile ... Your customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! I thought Shaw was bad but geezuz, you guys take the trophy for having the number one most useless customer service department... You're a cell phone provider, how about answer your own damn phone???!!! NO EXCUSES!

    I was talking to a friend who is also on @Fidomobile and the sound quality was garbage so we switched to #GoogleDuo and the quality was amazing, easily 10 times the resolution @FidoMobile was offering. Voice data uses very little bandwidth so why does it sound terrible?

    @Fidomobile I am sorry to say that the boxing week offer of $150 gift card (for buying new home internet) is not yet sent to me. I have called to customer care many times as well ! Please resolve this issue ASAP
