  @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile is there a known issue with landline CTNs calling Rogers and Fido wireless CTNs? I'm on Fido and can't call from ANY landline to my wireless CTN. Have no issues calling from a wireless CTN to my CTN.

  @Fidomobile I already cancelled and have the notification since 2026-05-28 the notification id is 2776928255 as of today Fido is still sending me bills. Can you please stop harassing, stealing, and billing me for a service I cancelled more than 3 months ago!

  It’s wild to me that @Fidomobile, which is essentially @Rogers doesn’t have customer service on a Sunday? They’ll let you sign up for their services but if something goes wrong … get ****** :) No ported phone number means no calls. No text. No 2FA.

  Just opened a 4th phone line with @Fidomobile. They’re trying to charge me $80 for doing this - when the set up should’ve been free. Now I have to wait five days to talk to an agent because that’s how poor Fido’s customer service has become.

  Looks like i’m going to be filing a complaint to the CCTS about @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions since they decided to SCAM ME and now are making it IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. Complete and utter JOKE.
