    @Fidomobile The service levels with Fido are terrible. At this point I definitely wish I choose a different provider when changed over just this past Friday, November 25, 2022.

    @Fidomobile It takes multiple calls and HOURS waiting on the phone to get anything sorted. I've called in three times in the past week just to activate a new line and get SIM card shipped. Fido Chat keeps disconnecting and I have to wait all over again. SIM still doesn't work!!!

    @Fidomobile Why is @PurolatorHelp refusing to deliver a modem to a disabled shut-in in #HamOnt. Their driver is also refusing to deliver a laptop purchased from @VisionsElectro1. #cdnmedia #Disabled Why would ANY retailer use the only delivery service that won't deliver here?

    @Fidomobile @Fidomobile your representative Van asked me in DM to fill out a form and then someone will get back. It’s been 17 hrs plus, still no response. What a service!!!!

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Your phone support literally hangs up saying "you're exceptionally closed" and to call back during business hours. Your live chat doesn't work and I need to speak to customer support. Please answer my twitter dms at least.

    @Fidomobile I’ve been trying to speak to someone over the phone/on your website about being overcharged on my bill for the past 4 days and keep receiving error messages and having the phone hang up on me. Not the type of service I expect after being with this company over 10 yrs.
