    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions is service down in Kitchener-Waterloo? This entire morning I cannot get any service anywhere I go, and it keeps telling me I can only make emergency calls.

    @Fidomobile Hey Fido, I like how when service is down you disable access to Fido answers and the helpline. Terrible service getting worse.

    @FidoSolutions Not only has there not been service for hours, your customer service is a complete joke. Online chat = "sorry unavailable right now". Call in = "due to unforeseen circumstances unable to take call" and I get dropped. Really? @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions
