    @Fidomobile fido agent Thursday promised $25 credit to me, but now they said the fido system can't be compatible with my loyalty plan. Never believe fido agents and fido company. Now they only said they were sorry can't do anything.

    Thanks @RogersHelps and @Fidomobile for switching my area to fibre internet only so an incredibly poor person like me has to get an unnecessary and expensive internet package. Absolute garbage.

    @Fidomobile used to be my favorite. absolutely hate them now lol Have had to talk to them 6 times now and they always say they’ll fix something and never do. What a headache

    I have been living in Canada for 8 months and have not missed any credit card payment till date,credit card score is also better than you think But I have visited Fido's store 5 times to get the iphone and I faced harrassment because of the worst service of fido @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile needs help with their system. 2min automated call through 5 options to be told to click a link in a text to get a call back to another 2min of chatbot to find out that calls will be made in a few hours... Sorry but that's bad #UX.

    @Fidomobile Charged for roaming US calling charges staying while in Canada. Customer support sucks! Terrible service!
