@Fidomobile I need to speak with a support agent. The chat is telling me to call 1-888-481-3436, but when I call that number, they say they're having trouble coordinating to call me back. Can you help me?

  • ahlawatwrites Nishant Ahlawat (@ahlawatwrites) reported

@Fidomobile have you blacklisted @oneplus . My 5g phone is not compatible with your new network where you have phased out 3g network . And you are charging unjust charges without notice. The best part is support team says they can't help.

@Fidomobile Both the chatbot AI and phone AI cut me off, saying they're unable to make an appointment for a customer service representative to call me. I've been trying for days and keep getting the same message.

@Fidomobile i need help to address a concern. Your chatbot is not helpful

@Fidomobile Now, if calls didn't take an hour to complete it wouldn't be an issue. But calling you guys for anything takes about an hour. It sucks.

@Fidomobile is there a way I can talk to customer service person ? anytime I call I just get lost in selecting options for that virtual assistant and it cancels my call. Worst Customer Service , Canceling Fido Now!!!! #shame

The customer service at @Rogers and @Fidomobile is awful. I’m a Fido customer and went in person to update my credit card for automatic payments. They mistakenly charged me $726 CAD — from another @Rogers customer! I’m not even a Rogers client. Completely unacceptable.

@Fidomobile Callback system is pathetic. I scheduled the call back today. You know what happened? Fido canceled my service, without notice nothing. And guess what? I was not able to receive any call! Do me a favour, set a call back today, will you?
