    @JamesNflint @Fidomobile Yeah I don’t really want to give Rogers my money because that’s essentially like staying with Fido. The annoying thing is that the actual service itself is excellent I have recommended it many times in the last. Their customer service is total garbage tho

    @Fidomobile i just became a customer on 23rd nov. And i’ve not been able to get in touch with an agent via live chat for 1.5 days. Can i please get somebody to help with porting number and answering some queries?

    @phil_157 @Fidomobile Every last bit of this is to cut jobs and reduce costs for the corporation. It's all at the expense of the consumer, who receives poorer service and yet no decrease in costs.

    @Fidomobile Trying to talk to a customer service representative for 7+ days...2+ hours of wait time everytime without being able to talk to anyone. Extremely frustrated with the experience.
