I would avoid using @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions like the plague, $700 in long distance fees and no one is willing to actually help, just the same prewritten message. Disconnecting my services ASAP.

What's the point of paying Rogers 100 bucks a month to get 10 GB and they slow your data way the hell down @Rogers @Fidomobile what up???

  • chaitanya7112 chaitanya m.k (@chaitanya7112) reported

@Fidomobile This is outrageous, irrespective of the urgency your Customer solutions expect and make the customers wait for hours every single time. Very disappointed with the service I’m receiving from a service based company.

  • howardruns Howard Bailey (@howardruns) reported

FYI: In Canada, @Rogers (parent company) and Fido are experiencing technical difficulties that prevented them from accessing your mobile account information. It appears that the issue is now resolved, at least on the @Fidomobile side.
