    I've had @Fidomobile since 1996. 30 ******* years. Today, I had to schedule a call back with an agent so that I can escalate an issue to a Supervisor, who will call me back in 48-72 business hours. Needless to say, I'm taking recommendations for a new provider.

    I have NEVER had such a negative experience with a phone company as I am having with @Fidomobile THE ABSOLUTE WORSTTT COMPANY !!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - WORST EVERYTHING

    @Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. 😠 😡 😤

    @Fidomobile We have been trying to contact Fido for months with no response. We repeatedly requested to cancel our mobile plan as we are no longer living in Canada, yet we keep getting charged. Emails have gone unanswered, and this ongoing lack of support is totally unacceptable.

    @Fidomobile Terrible online + phone customer service process! C’mon! You guys can do better than a poor bot! Ppl can’t even speak to a person without booking an appointment weeks away???

    @Fidomobile I cannot believe how TERRIBLE your service is. I am trying to update my card information on your website. It prompts me to go to call the phone number. I cannot update it on the phone, I CANNOT GET A REAL PERSON…and it prompts me to go to your website. TRASH!

    @Fidomobile hey Fido thought when there’s an outage my cell should work. Barely does with this @rogers outage today. One bar and I have tons of cellular data. 😡😡😡😡 funny it works here on x go figure!
