The sign of @Fidomobile is the worst in Nepean, ON. There is no coverage, there is never mobile Internet and if the bill comes, charging something that does not generate connectivity or confidence. I decrease service !. Please don't use this service, don't waste your money

  • Wykikii Wycliffe Jason (@Wykikii) reported

@Fidomobile I would like to cancel my second line. What's the process?

  • mauriloborges Maurilo Borges (@mauriloborges) reported

@PurolatorHelp says they can't do anything right now, I have to wait. @Fidomobile says they can't do anything, I have to wait. No ETA. I can't file a claim with Purolator. What is my option now? Cancelation of my purchase? I will never buys with them again.

@Fidomobile hey! So a bad customer experience over the phone is what is going to push me to change providers! Agents interrupting while customers talking not a good way to start my morning.

@Fidomobile And I expect for YOU to call ME. I’ve tried to leave this company over and over again and it’s driving me nuts who stupid every single person I talk to is there

  • mauriloborges Maurilo Borges (@mauriloborges) reported

I'm very disappointed at @PurolatorHelp and @Fidomobile. I bought a phone with Fido, they send it with missing apart number. Number has been provided since 9/6 but tracker keeps saying still missing, even though Purolator costumer service confirms it has been received.

@FidoSolutions @ajnabieh @Fidomobile Awesome! Very helpful. I will probably get them used phones and buy the lines from you! Any discounts or support for refugees or newcomers?

  • NastyinCDA Catch me if you can 💯🇨🇦🍁 (@NastyinCDA) reported

Out of curiosity does @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile value their existing customers because I’ve been with Fido since 1999 and I communicated with the CRTC and they basically told me IN WRITING that there are better companies out there that respect people with hearing issues.

  • danni30908563 danni (@danni30908563) reported

@Fidomobile I received a bill this morning for an account I canceled over a month ago. You guys have the worst service that’s why I left but yet I’m still getting charged and having to deal with ur ppl who don’t know how to do their jobs

@georgehuang_mrc @Fidomobile No provider would know how the data is being used, only that data was used. Privacy issues. Which app used the data should be measured by your phone. The providers only know total data used.
