    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions another annoyed black Friday customer. Was promised $30 for one line and $25 for the second, but have been told by fido reps that monthly credit gets split between 2 months and to deal with it. Disappointed with the false advertising.

    @Fidomobile can I continue to pay the remaining amount of my iPhone while not paying the monthly bill for the mobile connection? I also don’t want to loose the number, that’s why I am requesting you to pause the service for a while

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Irecieved a mail claiming that I'm liable of 288CAD as a phone bill to Fido but I don't have a postpaid account at Fido I have a prepaid account. And all the information that it is mentioning is wrong about me. It's just the mail, which is correct Help
