@Fidomobile Why you haven’t added AppleWatch plans yet is criminal. I just preordered the new Ultra, my first cellular watch, and as a Fido customer for 15 years it’s seriously making me consider switching to one of the other non-Rogers owned networks.

13) I've even asked the agent as an exception if he can put those charges under "Int'l Long Distance Saver" OR Add one more "$5 1000min Int'l LD Add-on" then I can pay for the addons and for whatever the difference is afterwards, but he couldn't help me.@koodo @Fidomobile

@Fidomobile I didn't get my 5GB free data for the day when your servers were down. They said I'd get it in the August cycle. Now The customer care executive is saying that I didn't "ask" for it. What kind of terrible service is this??

Can a customer service representative give me a call back from @Fidomobile I'm really sick of trying to get in touch with someone who could help me. I'm out of patience to get my issue resolved. Just thinking to port my service if it keeps going in.

@Fidomobile if I have to give you an award for worse service that is made for you. Your agents are not helping. I am fed up with your service. Worst internet service I have ever seen even though I am unable to make whatsaap call. Please do not buy Fido.
