    @Fidomobile The most interesting piece was when your Customer Service rep said I needed to have it in AIRPLANE MODE when making wifi calls :) I would like to remind you that your website does not say that ANYWHERE. If that's the case, please send and updated link to your billing protocols.

    @Berry_xox @Fidomobile I was charged 1500 for a phone I returned. Fido took no responsibility for their customer service that made false claims and promises leaving it to me to have to deal with finally days later,I've proved I'm not a liar.

    @Fidomobile is a cheat. They called stating various promotions and thus ported for better deals. But now when I ask them for those credits they state this isn’t mentioned and we can’t apply. Such fake service providers!!!!#fido #fakeservices #badcustomerservice

    @Fidomobile @Rogers why ******** is my internet out for the second time in a month. When my plan is up. I’ll be moving on and telling all my family members and friends to do the same. You guys are a joke. It’s 2021 get your **** figured out.
