Sergio (@SergioJr27) reported@Fidomobile and @RogersBiz has to be the worst customer service that I’ve ever seen. Thanks for wasting my time and charging me with unlimited and nonsense fees.
-
Abu Anand (@abuanandhere) reported@Fidomobile No/Spotty home internet since yesterday morning in Downtown Toronto. Fido customer service promised to fix it by 1 pm today. Nothing has changed so far. Multiple households affected. (1/2) #FidoDown @Rogers @FidoSolutions

Spencer W. (@Spencer__W__) reported@gfinockio @Fidomobile @koodo Fido sucks. I asked them, as a customer of 5 years, if I could have a $50 for 20gb deal and they said no despite my old plan being $50 for 10gb. I cancelled my contract, went to Bell, got the plan I wanted plus a new S22 ultra for $9 less a month than I was paying fido.
-
Jeel Jivani (@jivani_zeel) reported@Fidomobile went back to India and there were incoming messages for code verifications that I wasn’t aware that I would get charged. Fido charged me $45. I did confirm with customer service agent when I signed my contract. The Cx agent is not helping at all. $45 is outrageous.
-
Dawn (@linesbylyons) reported@FidoSolutions Still nothing. Why doesn’t @Fidomobile care about this existing customer who has made multiple reach outs, has been told multiple different things, been disconnected multiple times, and still has no resolution?
-
KF2020 (@KF20204) reported@Fidomobile I have been on the phone for four hours, been transferred to four operators and they just hung up on me and when I call back they say they are closed. The issue retains to my account being charged for a modem box which I had returned and also have the receipt
-
Yohanna Richard Alex (@YohannaAlex) reported@Fidomobile your services are highly pathetic we started off with the sales person saying you will be charged a service fee but it would be waived off in the bill now instead of having our bill as 51 CAD the bill is 117 CAD . Also no one answers your customer service calls
