I was just going to let this go with the cancelling of our Roger's Wireless account, but now I am going to look into cancelling my @Fidomobile account too. I will no longer support the crooks at Rogers!

@Fidomobile worse experience ever ,almost to complete 5 yrs here with lot of slow Internet and bad coverage ,am trying to login and use internet but useless ,bad feeling to resist all this time ,I think it’s time to change the service provider :(

@SamsungMobile @SamsungCanada @Fidomobile i bought note 20 ultra on 15th june and registered my device with fido contract. There was offer for free buds on device. I want to know why my offer was rejected even when I uploaded my contract. Poor service samsung.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I had changed my plan from $55 - 6+2gb to $55 - 25gb on May 21 2021. My 6+2 gb plan had a promotional $10 discount which was removed when i changed it. But the same day i asked the customer service to revert it to my old plan which had the $10 discount.
