@The_Real_Jroc @globeandmail @Fidomobile My Tek Savvy worked actually. Guess my service section uses Bell?

  • BlackSheepMaars BlackSheepMaars (@BlackSheepMaars) reported

@rogers @Fidomobile your mass email about your sorry for the outage is pointless. I don't really care for your "sorry" when we had no way of buying groceries because your services that you still can't fully be transparent about caused problems for daily banking use.

  • manibiidaash mani 🌘 (@manibiidaash) reported

@Rogers @Fidomobile your internet is actually the worst? one thunderstorm and it's out again?

  • skirri Karen Markle (@skirri) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK @Fidomobile does the same in Canada. On the advice of tech support, we drove to Ottawa to GO INTO A MALL DURING A PANDEMIC to talk to a human being in one of their kiosks to cancel a phone that she hadn't used in 2 years. No go. Instead, they've sicced a collection agency on her.

@Fidomobile When you call Fido 611 and request a person call you back… they set the time up however they never call you, instead they do leave voicemails saying that you were unreachable. Very frustrating and very poor customer service

  • LarissaDempster Lari (@LarissaDempster) reported

@TorontoStar @Fidomobile And dont even bother calling - its hard to get through and no one will help.

  • prasunjha1 prasun jha (@prasunjha1) reported

@Fidomobile Promised bill credit of $100 as per terms and conditions is still pending despite several long calls with customer service representative since last 3-4 months after each billing cycle. Not expecting this service. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

  • priya_lakkol ᑭᖇIYᗩ ᒪᗩKKOᒪ (@priya_lakkol) reported

@Fidomobile you disconnected my data over 100% usage when in reality your parent company @Rogers is the reason my home internet was down and had to use mobile data 😡 you got to be kidding me!

  • andreibc andrei (@andreibc) reported

Apparently @Fidomobile doesn’t want to have customers anymore. Just spoke with their rep, who informed me that they will compensate me for 1 day of outage, i.e. $2.50(for each line I own). I’m switching all my lines to @Bell #rogersoutage #rogersdown

  • Vaibhavi_509 Vaibhavi Patel (@Vaibhavi_509) reported

I don’t know whether i am customer of @Fidomobile or their representatives. I’m calling them since last month because of my $569.00 bill i got due to their representative’s miscommunication&now they advising me to quit the network. This is what I should expect from @Fidomobile.
