@Fidomobile If you call their CS line, you cycle through the menus, only to have them direct you towards a text service putting you in que. It would be great if you got to talk to someone, and not trying to message back and forth via text.

Trying to get any meaningful communication done regarding plans or new phones via @Fidomobile built in chat service is truly frustrating. If its called a phone, and I'm working on my new phone and my new phone plan then why can't I talk to someone over a PHONE call?

Hi there, @Fidomobile My phone was in my pocket and it accidentally dialed an emergency contact which is in India. The call lasted for 2 mins and the moment I saw that a normal call is dialed to India. I disconnected, it lasted for two minutes and I don’t wanna get charged.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I’m in Going Kong. Didn’t get a text from the local network and need to know if I can roam or need an add-on. Impossible to speak to anybody at Fido. My account number is in Canada so can’t register on the help app. Can you help?

@Fidomobile I'm in the US, I'm being charged for roaming. I'm connected to a network but can't make or receive calls. My husband has contacted you to reset the network connection on my phone and it worked, but now it is back to not working. This is a problem. I need to call home.
