Being trans is enough of a challenge, companies should not make our lives harder by making name change processes hidden and archaic. Fido has made changing my name with them to be a special pain as they require documents to be faxed or mailed. @Fidomobile fix your process please.

@Fidomobile you stupid people. I have better things to do with my life and spend 45 minutes waiting on the phone for you to answer tech support. And if I had goddamn data God I wouldn't need to phone you would I? I can just go online. Not very well-thought-out

@desxsmith @fido No problem. Used to work for Rogers (Fido parent company). They don’t always work but if a case is opened with the CRTC then it can be used as leverage and hopefully will sort out the issue faster. I would call them after you have filed a complaint.

Traffic Services blames “budget” on lack of traffic enforcement. What I’ve seen out there are police officers on traffic duty, ignoring blatant traffic violations. This is a cultural problem, not one of budget. Toronto Police officers follow the FIDO motto: F* It Drive Off.

@NovaScotiaRasta @bamayhew @Bell @Eastlink @Fidomobile What galls me most is that @bell wouldn't match the offers from their competition. Fido has sweetened the pot that will let me terminate my service with @Bell_Aliant. So in theory @Bell_Support and @Bell_Aliant could lose 3 lines from us.

Ok so Rogers was tryna funnel customers from chatr to Fido/other sister companies because they were moving a lot of the chatr ppl from 3G to LTE and wanted consumers to pay more for the same service. Gotcha.

@204Girl0574 #RogersSucks is well ahead of the curve of abusive, entitled treatment of its customers- Bell & Shaw are bad, but mere pretenders compared to Rogers/Fido underhanded, sly behaviour & unapolgetically bad service, not to mention #Brightstar their so-called “insurers”of damaged 📞.
