Today I have witnessed extremely pathetic customer service from a Fido rep named Yusuf @Eglinton Square GTA.The rep denied my product purchase for noreason. Will escalate this to the highest level. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.@Fidomobile #poorcustomerservice

48 hours without data with @Fidomobile and their tech support people are no where to be found...7 hours of waiting for someone to respond over chat and on the phone got me feeling like throwing my phone in a volcano 🌋

@Fidomobile I just received what I presume is a scam text message about the "outage last week" and "to compromise" click on the link. The reason I think it's a scam is that it's illiterate and I don't think Fido would send such a message. Want to know more just let me know.
