    @Fidomobile needs to update their device prices on @Samsung phones. They charge you full launch price on older models even tho the manufacturer has cut the price down significantly. You end up paying much more per month than you would going direct with no added benifit.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Spending an hour on the phone speaking to representatives and not having anything solved is extremely irritating. Extremely disappointed in your customer service tonight.

    Finally signed up to @Fidomobile and got the freedom from @FreedomMobile this is what you get for not hooking up your loyal customer of 10+ yrs from wind

    @Fidomobile Called Fido and after a frustrating wait of nearly two and a half hours got an agent who resolved my issue. Kudos to Hamid who tsfsd me to Ariane in Tech Support who resolved my modem issues. Pls acknowledge and compliment Hamid and Ariane for their exemplary service

    Everybody's giving deals for new customers. @Fidomobile has a good deal for @FreedomMobile customers, much better than what I'm paying now. If Fido internet wasn't giving me so many issues, I'd probably switch as it'd cut my bill 40%.
