    @Fidomobile Trying to cancel my service, but there’s no way to speak to a human. No appointments until next week, when I’ll be out of Canada. Very frustrating.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile My phone line was cancelled without notifying me of the consequences and now the support team is not able to solve the issue.

    I have NEVER had such a negative experience with a phone company as I am having with @Fidomobile THE ABSOLUTE WORSTTT COMPANY !!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - WORST EVERYTHING

    Looks like i’m going to be filing a complaint to the CCTS about @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions since they decided to SCAM ME and now are making it IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. Complete and utter JOKE.

    @TrcTrials123 @Fidomobile That sounds incredibly frustrating. Billing errors that take multiple channels to resolve are the worst. Hope they sort it out for you soon.

    @Fidomobile I was within the two weeks, I should be able to just cancel and get my money back. I tried it, didn’t work out, oh well. This leads to the first time I called in. I tell the rep that I’m looking to cancel my service, "Oh, let me check... (4/21)

    @Fidomobile worst service have to wait 5days in advance to talk to representatives and ask Jack is scam. You guys have become unethical trying to steal every month. I'll be going to CCTS complaints. Telecom has become a joke in Canada thanks to you guys.
