    @Fidomobile I needed a new phone couldn't figure out the plan, called in and talked to Abtin. You need to throw all your money at him and promote him to train all CSA. Phenomenal help and service, phenomenal!

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Hi, I had put my account on a temporary freeze from March to June. However, I would like to extend this freeze until July 7th at least as I am still stuck outside Canada. Kindly help me with this. #sos

    @Fidomobile your automated call centre is absolute trash. I have been listening to the same options over and over. You guys have really gone downhill in terms of service. Will be looking to cancel all 5 lines on my account.

    @GuerreroGabym @RogersHelps @Fidomobile Its a real crapshoot with Rogers service techs. Most of the time you get the room temperature IQ guys who take a 5min look around, a few tests and tell you they don't know what's wrong. Occasionally you'll get one who will actually do the job well.

    @Fidomobile she said she cant help me . I had tears in my eyes to that she said “ this is my first warning to you as you are being rude” i said what if i dont pay the bill she said then we will charge you late fees cont

    2/2 and were rude when she inquired about getting them. @SamsungMobile and @Fidomobile need to get their promotions in order. If you are going to advertise something honour it.
