    I find it an issue when CS reps ask you what’s wrong and you tell them what the issue is but they fail to actively listen your concerns. I shouldn’t have to repeat myself 6x what’s wrong for you to grasp what’s wrong.Communication skills are important! @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

    @Fidomobile been Troy to speak to a live agent but it keeps telling me you are closed. Then tells me weekends hours are 9-5pm..help!

    @Fidomobile Just send him an msg via your internal system, he knows who i am. This is all just so painful. I have wasted hours of time that i will never get back, customer service at FIDO is deplorable.

    @Fidomobile No other company or deliverer (Amazon, Canada Post, Fedex, DHL, UPS) has similar problems and they often deliver more expensive goods. Online ordering is supposed to make life easier but you make it excruciating.

    Touching: Ever since I switched over to @Fidomobile I haven’t gone a month without looking at my phone bill to ask “what ******** is this?” and “do I even need a phone plan?” #pride

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions The biggest issue with your voicemail service is , it doesn’t tell the day and time the voicemail was left. I think I better move to @FreedomMobile who has better voicemail service. I lost my job because I thought msg was from past & never called them.
