Very annoyed that @Fidomobile sent me a phone without buds or wall charger and blamed the manufacturer policy and then refused to give me any credit for not informing me. This once loyal customer will be switching at the first opportunity. #fidosucks

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile had Avery bad experience with Fido billing error and no response from the credit department either. Issue still not resolved . Hope someone can guide to contact higher authorities.

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions you charged me a ridiculous amount on last bill without clarity. I lost valuable time in getting this sorted. Over a month & still no call back from a supervisor. Awful customer services
