@KarenWenLin @Fidomobile They also charge for roaming when your roaming is turned off in another country. Apparently WE have to call them to opt out. Huh? Never had to do that with other companies. Brutal.

  • olivier_dionne Olivier Dionne (@olivier_dionne) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile why is no one talking about your major service outage in Montreal? What are you planning to do for your clients? We've been out of power for 46 hours and fido has been down since Wednesday. Even now LTE access has been shotty at best. Thank god for @Bell wifi...

  • TheLifestyleDig LifestyleDigs (@TheLifestyleDig) reported

@tamcos71 @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Oh man that sucks! My roaming is off too. Fido credited back my money because they couldn't prove I was down in the states on calls and texts and using data. I rarely touch my phone when I'm outside Canada. Can you ask them for the proof you were on your phone?

  • arwahussainphd Arwa Hussain (@arwahussainphd) reported

Canadian internet/data plans suck so much. Wifi has been down due to #icestorm2023 since yesterday. Mobile data is so limited and only way to keep connected and I know my measly monthly allowance will expire in these two days. Fricking give more @Fidomobile

  • shishidolll SHISHI🫧 (@shishidolll) reported

@Fidomobile what is going on? our phones have been down for way too long this is ridiculous. 2 DAYS??!

  • ELYABITBOL ELY ABITBOL (@ELYABITBOL) reported

I will be sure to let everyone know about my terrible experience with @Fidomobile . I cannot recommend your services to anyone based on this experience.

  • moodyangela Synthetic Animals (@moodyangela) reported

Wtf My Fido bill increased without any notice @Fidomobile why would you change my amount for the second time in less than a year? And with zero notice?

  • SeekerStreams Seeker (@SeekerStreams) reported

I had auto payments active and a payment bounced.. Once I got the funds I made a manual payment and then the auto payment came out as well after.. I accidentally paid twice! Support is telling me ill get a cheque in 5 weeks if I want a refund... are you kidding me? @Fidomobile

  • TheLifestyleDig LifestyleDigs (@TheLifestyleDig) reported

What the hell @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions? I just got $60 in US fees on my phone bill when the last time I used my phone in the states was in 2020? Not only do I refuse to pay that but I'm going to cancel my account after more than 10 years with you. This is bullshit!

  • GenCounsNews Leslie Ordal (@GenCounsNews) reported

@DevinShuman @Fidomobile idk, I worked customer service in the US when I was a youngin, and current experiences still place it far far far above the standard here
