    @Rogers @Fidomobile This is totally unacceptable, my Fido bill has been over 100$ for the last 2 months and I see unknown charges for the calls we never made I complaint previous month and see it again, I have to leave FIDO for good

    .@Fidomobile @Rogers can you work with @kakaoteam to figure things out on why the messenger service has only impacted those on iphone users? Not sure if it's Canada wide but BC users are certainly feeling it. Thank you.

    @Fidomobile why isn't Fido introducing service where it asks caller to press random number to connect to call to user? Telus has this feature and it stops spam calls from getting thru.

    Another work day, we are still experiencing internet dropouts..multiple calls with customer service and multiple tickets opened with @Fidomobile and @Rogers @RogersHelps..still no resolution.
