@vinitonini @Fidomobile I'm just a customer who's done some research on the different providers and their plans/services

  • vinitonini _vini (@vinitonini) reported

@CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile yeah, but the same way this plan was available, another was offering less data also was and I decided to pick up the last one with no problem. To me it sounded like the person could explain why I was being charged for a plan that Fido regularly charges almost $50 bucks less.

@Fidomobile Hey I am trying to get some help you guys aren’t that helpful at all. Customer service support sucks

  • vinitonini _vini (@vinitonini) reported

@CircularLogic89 @Fidomobile Sorry, who are you? The $60 plan is avail to existing customers and I understand they might be sold or even be registered in the system diff\ly , but the service is the same: 10GB of data. I signed up for a 2y contract that should have been changed to a cheaper one when finished

  • dhinesh777 dean (@dhinesh777) reported

@Fidomobile why is it difficult to get a straight answer to a question from customer service. I have been dealing with same issue for 3 months

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@LOGANHYT10 @Fidomobile As FidoSolutions noted, in this case, 4G and LTE refer to the same network technology. Most North American versions of devices denote that network as LTE whereas most global or international versions will show 4G.

  • gurpyarbrar0001 Gurpyar Brar (@gurpyarbrar0001) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile could you guys please help me with a problem that I am in regarding the loyalty offer that I got today. Apparently the customer service via phone couldn’t help me in any way. #disappointed #fido #CustomerService

  • bonstad Bryan (@bonstad) reported

Something very wrong with @Fidomobile I've had #Fido for years and never used more than 1 gig of data. We get new phones and all of a sudden it takes 1 week to hit 2 gigs. I'm on wifi at work and home all the time yet data charges pile up. Something very wrong. Seems fraudulent.

On top of that calling FIDO customer service is the WORST! Your supervisors are unbelievable rude and go against everything that the client was told when buying the phone and plan! Even though the plan breakup is written in the notes, FIDO supervisors refuse to agree! @Fidomobile
