@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I’ve never been this frustrated and disappointed with your service before. Your employees gave me incorrect information, promised to have the issues FROM YOUR END resolved within 48 hours and then take more an 1 week for a simple internet installation?

  • Nimeshp1992 Nimesh Patel (@Nimeshp1992) reported

@Fidomobile I got my fido bill more than what was promised. first month bill was $75.82 instead of $50 plan. Second month bill is as per $50 plan instead of $35 plan. Customer service is very bad to resolve the issue.

@Fidomobile I can't log in to my account on the app. Since the update in Sept. It keeps saying "Something went wrong, we've hit a snag". How can I fix this?

  • tanu_arushi Arushi (@tanu_arushi) reported

@Fidomobile without my acknowledgement, add-ons were cut by suggesting a new plan. Customer executive didn't tell the change on a call. What I got was a mail which was in my junk folder that I got to know after 45 days. I charged 281$ for long-distance. Unprofessional behavior

@Fidomobile Hi, trying to very hard to settle up my account since October 2022 and my account has been cancelled since Dec 2022 but I keep getting billed. Why? Can a supervisor or manager please help me here. Thanks.

@Fidomobile hey Fidomobile, 30th January is not 31st January and when you commit to something make sure you be on it and not leave the customer without internet service. This was unacceptable, highly dissatisfied and disappointed, that's not how you treat a loyal customer

Honestly, @Fidomobile sucks. But also, what phone service in Canada doesn’t? I just tried to find out about roaming usage, was told I couldn’t, then 1.5 hours later was told I hadn’t used any data today.
