@Fidomobile I’ve tried it 5 times every time it asks if I would like to schedule a callback I say yes, then the very next response is “I’m unable to help you call back again later” in a quiet room so there’s no margin or error thinking the system heard something.

@Fidomobile You added an $84 charge for my 3G to 5G migration—even though I upgraded to an iPhone 14 from Fido and was told there’d be no charge. I’ve called multiple times, was told it’s removed, but it’s STILL showing in the app. Please fix this ASAP. Extremely fed up. #worst

And here’s the WORST part: THIS HAPPENED A MONTH AGO and they still haven’t refunded me!! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. What kind of service is this, @Rogers @Fidomobile?

@Fidomobile is there a way I can talk to customer service person ? anytime I call I just get lost in selecting options for that virtual assistant and it cancels my call. Worst Customer Service , Canceling Fido Now!!!! #shame

@Fidomobile No, well yes, but, the time slot was the next day. I have 2 lines, I want to cancel one and I can't figure it out online. I work 10 hours a day, I am a single father, that day was the only legit time I had to make that call and now I'm screwed paying another $200 I don't want to.
