    @Fidomobile I have spent the last year trying to cancel my data stick and was under the impression I had. Today an agent called me claiming I owed 119$ for a product I cancelled, tried to get me to pay it and then transferred me to a different department which then hung up. what?

    @Fidomobile FIDO is One of the worst … don’t go for it folks.. what you will get as loyalty is … weekend without home internet with no one there to help from FIDO

    Also calling customer service both of which were not able to help & basically telling you to pay over again and that they can’t help @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

    @Fidomobile - Some of the worst retention customer service experience ever. An account holder for 15+ years cant get a competitive plan like that of someone who has been on the account for 1 month. Please match your retention with accordance to your competitors. Its disappointing

    @Fidomobile Fido Internet is down in Pickering , Ontario. Tech-support says estimated time of recovery is 11 PM. The outage started around 2:45 PM. Fido Internet almost never goes down so this isn’t a complaint just a notification :-). #fidointernet #fidooutage

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions you guys need to make Call Control available like your competitors have ASAP...your customers are getting increasingly frustrated with the spam phone calls non stop every day...please...a solution would be appreciated...

    @Fidomobile I am trying to cancel the internet service for the 3 rd time now because of how annoying the process is. Why do I owe an explanation to anyone as to why I want to cancel? I pay, I cancel if I want to and when I want to.
