  @Fidomobile REFUSES to close my account even though I have moved out of the country! They are still taking money from my bank account. They will only cancel with LIVE AGENT. I have called 15+ times on hold 1-3 HOURS before disconnected by them!

  Whoever's idea it was to get rid of customer service and have chatbots pretend to attend to customer needs is an idiot of the highest order. Seriously! How can you need someone for help but get no one except to schedule a stupid call back which you barely receive. @Fidomobile

  While most of our work is in network related threats, a reminder.. phone scams keep rising.. and unfortunately, lots of them are south asian based.. if you get a call from say @rogers or @Fidomobile with a heavy accent.. it's now probably a scam. Call them out.. 'Oh, hey a call from one of those India based scam outfits..' then hang up, and block the number.. (They like swearing)

  @madebygoogle I am facing huge latency issue in my Pixel 9 mobile. Bought on Jan 2025, If there is big issue without physical damage. Why Google doesn't support in replacement? As I am paying 60 dolar monthly as postpaid customer in @Fidomobile. It's so terrible.
