  @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile @Rogers Wow Fido just tried to cheat me into paying for an account that’s been cancelled for a month. Not only did they cancel and refund for one month but they decided to restart to charge me.. like wtf!!!

  @Fidomobile you offer these data packages but nothing works. If you can't manage the 5G service don't advertise it because it sucks! And why are you a subsidiary of Rogers and use their network supposedly but the service connection is still trash ? Is this Rogers sabotaging us ?

  @Fidomobile I already cancelled and have the notification since 2026-05-28 the notification id is 2776928255 as of today Fido is still sending me bills. Can you please stop harassing, stealing, and billing me for a service I cancelled more than 3 months ago!

  @eranxah @Fidomobile Ya, just got my bill text message and it was $5 more than usual. I already had a +$5 increase last June. WTH? There is zero added value / improved service I’ve seen to validate it. I thought the @CRTCeng clamped down on sketchy price increases like this.
