@PublicMobile I’m looking to get this resolved. I need my phone working and your system is what has messed up and suspended it. If I can’t get this resolved I’ll have to move my service to @Fidomobile.

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Leaving Fido forever, never coming back. It’s been more than week now since we are face troubles with internet and everytime we are getting the same reply from the technicians that there is an outage in your area. They can’t fix the outage in a week?

@Fidomobile I am a fido customer for almost 20 yrs. Switching to the basic postpaid plan (from Prepaid). I was told by customer service team to provide two IDs for credit check. Is it true. It was surprising, especially, as I am with fido so long.

@harrylamba @Fidomobile Same thing just happened to me. The agent said before I left to turn off data and you won’t get charged. Get back and have 15 days at $15 per day. CANCEL your Fido contract now!!!

  • nayakashu Ashutosh Nayak (@nayakashu) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Fidomobile 4) I reached out to customer support specialists multiple times over the past two days and asked them to update the charges from $180 to $5 and they simply said they can’t do it.

Don't ever use @Fidomobile because their customer service is a joke. Bullshit charges that I'm spending hours trying to get removed. I swear any other company would have figured this out for me by now.

  • jm90312 jm9031 (@jm90312) reported

I had 2 existing tickets that was completely ignored. This is the worst customer service ever to be told that they have no solution for you. FIDO did not entertain the idea that it is a network problem. @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile
