    @brittca @Eric_Doherty I will add that I have been a customer with @Fidomobile for 15 years and have had nothing but good service.

    I travelled 2 weeks ago to Mexico and automatically @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions activated the Fido Roaming without asking me. And yesterday we had no phone/internet service all day long. Please avoid this company #Rogers / #Fido and try a different one.

    @Fidomobile yesterday, my phone indicated “no service” due to the outage. Since last night, my phone indicates “searching.” Am I simply one of the unlucky who’s service has not been restored, or it’s there some action I need to take to access the network?
