  • BPecelj Biljana (@BPecelj) reported

@Fidomobile Hi Ravi, I eventually spoke to 3 folks on the phone. While they too weren’t able to update my address to a foreign address, I got the resolution to the more pressing issue related to info updates.

  • RJ867064 RJ 💜 (@RJ867064) reported

@Fidomobile How do I file a complaint without going through your circle with customer service? My next alternative is to just post your horrible customer service on all the social media platforms and just have people make it go viral.

  • PriyanathDan1 Priyanath Dan (@PriyanathDan1) reported

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I am not getting any attraction from Fido for the case # 272337, I have followed up, still no issue. Please look into this urgently.

  • djpinksky Vanessa Mulvey (@djpinksky) reported

@Fidomobile after being a loyal customer for 6 years I am so beyond frustrated with the service I have received continuously for the last two years. This is going to be a long one but I’m fed up. January 2019 - YOURE company calls me to offer me a new phone and plan, everyday

  • djpinksky Vanessa Mulvey (@djpinksky) reported

@Fidomobile for 1 month. I finally told you guys I would have no problem getting an upgrade but I don’t want my bill to be any higher. You offered me a phone and plan that were on sale. I receive the phone and it’s the wrong phone so I call you guys and that phone plan you

  • niceiceic Niceroni (@niceiceic) reported

@Fidomobile now want to charge $15 to change your mobile plan if you speak to an agent on the phone but this service is free in person at a store. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION against disabled people and those who have issues with mobility. I AM TAKING THIS TO THE NEWS AND THE BBB

  • Krantikagithapu Kranthi (@Krantikagithapu) reported

@Fidomobile @aloneitan @FidoSolutions waiting for your support to answer my call for more than 90 mins now. Can someone help me. Thanks

  • D494857D Callum D (@D494857D) reported

@Fidomobile I'm not waiting days to set up a stupid appointment to talk to someone that's absolute nonsense, all these big corporate companies need to stop with this useless AI shite

  • jaffomtl Jeff Stephens (@jaffomtl) reported

Incredible! I have switched to @Fidomobile a couple hours ago speaking to someone on the phone and now there seems to be a problem and it’s impossible to reach anyone!!! NOT A GOOD START

  • djpinksky Vanessa Mulvey (@djpinksky) reported

@Fidomobile after 4 months of fighting with you guys, I gave up because your company was clearly not interested in rectifying this and it’s very obvious this is a tactic your company uses - “let’s make it as hard as possible to fix this because they’ll give up”
