    @Fidomobile get your garbage *** support team and contact me. Im so tired of begging for a callback from this **** company, just so that I find out who is using my credit card and to cancel a plan that’s unjustly is using my money.

    @Fidomobile Filing CCTS complaint. Mar 22: Promised $27/80GB. Agent ran credit check + wrong area code. Mar 24: 5hrs on calls, tech says porting impossible unless I pay $70. Cancelled, but billed $116 today (Mar 26) for UNUSED service. Void this now. #CCTS #Fido #Telecom

    @yoshiboost @Fidomobile Absolutely. And I am not even talking about deals or discounts. It’s just basic ask to get connected to a customer service agent. These companies need a telling.

    @Fidomobile haven’t had my phone plan for a year and already you’re increasing the rate? Wtf. It’s been like 10 months since I switched to Fido. Tried to contact someone through chat but it seems only option is phone call. I’m deaf, I prefer taking to someone chat

    @Fidomobile Your customer service is beyond terrible. It was horrible before but now you can't even talk to a human being unless you make an appointment? I am switching phone carriers. And I can't even get my issue resolved which I'm sure you'll charge me for.

    @Fidomobile another week went by and my voicemail is still in French. No support from Fido. I have been placed on hold for hours

    @Fidomobile I scheduled a call back for the next day to change my account. I get the call back and the service rep hangs up on me or “disconnected”. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to schedule another call back. This isn’t available online, please can someone just help today?
