    @Fidomobile Hi Fido, Is it normal that i have to call 11 times YES 11 times (20 hours of my time lost over the phone and Chat) to have an issue That no agent is able to solve, No Mananger calls me back when i requested it ..?

    Two months after leaving @Fidomobile for the worst customer service I've ever gotten by any company in Canada, I get a survey in my inbox because they care. It's a perfect metaphor. Months late and leading to a broken link. #shamefido #dumpfido #fidofail

    @Fidomobile Fido system always had some problems, yesterday I ordered phone online and want to pick up in Fido store, but today I talked with fido online agent but they said I can't pick up it store. Fido system is bad and terrible.
