    I advised @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions on December 3, 2021 that they weren't authorized to help themselves to my credit card, yet on December 16, 2021 they charged more than $700. Still no resolution for the frauds reported since October 2021. #fraud #disabilityrights #bullies

    @Fidomobile I chat in the morning to cancel my accoutn and it was confirmed by CC, i evening went to store to return the modem they advised service is not cancelled Why? I still dropped the modem, hope there will be no billing issue. Thanks

    So @Fidomobile values new customers more than their actual customers. My dad went to their store,waited in line and the employe wouldn’t help him and told him to call Fido for help because they wouldn’t get a commission out of me. I guess loyalty isn’t important for them...

    @Rogers @Fidomobile i cancelled my fido account today morning and in evening i went to store to return the modem as per agent it is not cancelled but accepted the modem. Can some please assist and on chat customer care is not able to help
