    @Fidomobile My whole work day literally down the drain. The WHOLE day!!!!! Gone!!! That’s what I get. Diversify providers people!

    The sad thing about the @RogersHelps, @Fidomobile and @chatrmobile outage is that any compensation offered will be for the hours you lost, so maybe 1/30th of your bill, maybe $2 or $3. For people dependant on cell services for their business, they lost a lot more than that.

    I sincerely hope @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile will be compensating us for this outtage today. I get that disruptions happen, but I shouldn't be paying for your errors.
