@Fidomobile yesterday, my phone indicated “no service” due to the outage. Since last night, my phone indicates “searching.” Am I simply one of the unlucky who’s service has not been restored, or it’s there some action I need to take to access the network?

@blogTO @Rogers and @Fidomobile can’t just say ‘whoops, sorry about that!’ and move on. They need to clearly explain what happened and why. The damage to the economy went well beyond a small credit for the outage. How many died because they couldn’t call 911? #RogersOutage2022 #Fido
