@FidoSolutions No need. I have already tried talking on the phone with the agent to clarify things and it seems @Fidomobile will not correct your mistake at all for billing us for those “not made” calls and messages. It’s fine. We are switching to another network as soon as possible. Thanks

@fizz_ca @Fidomobile it seems you misunderstood my post as me saying that your service wasn't working. that wasn't it; i'm not a subscriber anymore partly because you (still) do not offer voice-based tech support (and generally fail at support, as this thread and DMs witness)

Trying to get any meaningful communication done regarding plans or new phones via @Fidomobile built in chat service is truly frustrating. If its called a phone, and I'm working on my new phone and my new phone plan then why can't I talk to someone over a PHONE call?

@Fidomobile customer care failure. You cannot call to speak to an agent and askJack is a technical flop. Looks like Fido is dead.

@Fidomobile absolutely worst customer services. I travelled to USA & my both phones were on Roaming/Cellular Data OFF mode. I have been charged for roaming as Fido agent says, even roaming/cellular off I still will be charged if I receive msg /call in wifi. I m done with Fido 👎
