BFFR_Gahdammit (@_AMOIT_) reportedHey @Fidomobile, I bought a BYOD plan online and ported my number over, but my eSIM is still stuck on SOS after 24 hrs. I can’t call or text, and AskJack is telling me to schedule a call (how, if I have no service?). Please check DMs and help me fix this ASAP.
-
Lizzie Fry (@liz_boof) reported@Fidomobile I ended my contract with you on August 25th, yet you still bombard me with emails claiming I owe you $200+. Your online chat team won’t resolve it and I can’t visit in store or call because I no longer live in Canada. Please fix this before you ruin my credit score.

BrianM (@briangm11) reported@1111SpiritualBb @Fidomobile Hope you post a follow up here. Almost NO competition in banking, telcos, etc means they can all ditch customer service staff in order to maximize profits, dividends, executive bonuses, etc.

Jim (@Jim_363) reported@FidoMobile, I’m extremely disappointed with the current customer service experience. After 30 minutes navigating an AI system with no resolution, the only option to speak with a representative was to schedule an appointment a week in advance. As a customer of 20 years, this level of service is unacceptable and has led me to reconsider my loyalty. @Bell, do you currently offer access to live customer service agents for long-term customers?
