Something very wrong with @Fidomobile I've had #Fido for years and never used more than 1 gig of data. We get new phones and all of a sudden it takes 1 week to hit 2 gigs. I'm on wifi at work and home all the time yet data charges pile up. Something very wrong. Seems fraudulent.

@canadaposthelps This is the second time I’ve had issues with returning a modem to @Fidomobile, and the package that I was sending has not been scanned. I shipped this item weeks ago and am now being charged by Fido for “not returning the modem”. Where is my package.....?

The $60 plan is avail to existing customers and I understand they might be sold or even be registered in the system diff\ly , but the service is the same: 10GB of data. I signed up for a 2y contract that should have been changed to a cheaper one when finished
