    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions after waiting for my callback appointment all day i get to hold for over 20 mins then you hung up on me and i cant get anyone to ******* answer me. Yesterday i was on hold for over 2 hours and while speaking to someone finally i get hung up on #WTF

    @Fidomobile The credit card is new, but valid. I called my bank to confirm and made a purchase during my chat with @Fidomobile to ensure it was working. I don't know what the issue is and the support agent has just decided to ignore me.

    currently on hour nine of customer support from @Fidomobile and my 10th customer service agent who has no clue what is wrong w my account but cannot do anything to fix it for me and get my money back 😝😝😝😝😝😝😝 hour NINE !!!!!!!! 😭😝😭😝😭

    @Fidomobile Hi, how can I stop calls coming from 18332680996 in regards to the person I don’t know (but assume was previously the owner of the number I was given as a new client)? Google it, please, there are many incidents of Fido and Chatr users experiencing this issue

    Wow @Fidomobile your customer service has become unbearable. You cannot speak to an agent except to book a call a day or two later. Been a customer since 1997 (before Rogers bought Microcell). It’s time to go. Was a good run.
