    I've had @Fidomobile since 1996. 30 ******* years. Today, I had to schedule a call back with an agent so that I can escalate an issue to a Supervisor, who will call me back in 48-72 business hours. Needless to say, I'm taking recommendations for a new provider.

    @Fidomobile do you think customer wouldn’t pay attention and you can charge em whatever your if they find Fido will say sorry and will do the correction ?? This is call rip off, shame on you @Fidomobile now you will ask for to send me private msg so you can save your image 😡😡😡

    @Fidomobile @Rogers I AM HAVING TROUBKE REGARDING BILLING ISSUES WITH FIDO AND SINCE IT HAS BEEN TAKEN BY ROGERS AS A CUSTOMER I HAVE SUFFERED A LOT WOUOD REWYEST EVERYONE NOT TO TAKE FIDO. IT HAS ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TO EVER EXIST THEY CANT EVEN FIND U IN SYSTEM

    @Fidomobile I am trying to PORT my number from FIDO to other carrier and your customer service(Aman) they are just disconnecting my call. Meanwhile you guys are just overcharging for nothing. If this is the thing i will escalate this issue and will not pay my bill.

    @Fidomobile in Mexico currently & can’t get hold of anyone @ 611. Need help with 2 travel plans……. a wrong date was provided through an agent for me & wife’s plan that was requested yesterday online was not implemented. Just did it again on line & it is isn’t working.
