  • iamdieroiramor rr. (@iamdieroiramor) reported

@Fidomobile over an hour wait time, still not connected with someone to discussion an error on your end with my bill. The prompts for “Ask Jack” are horrible! HELP!

  • Eliz__Mitchell Elizabeth Mitchell (@Eliz__Mitchell) reported

@Fidomobile Hey Fido, every time I try to get my (adult) kids names on their accounts I get pawned off on someone else. Can't do it in the store, can't do it with the person on the phone, can't do it unless we're all together. Now I've been on hold for an hour and a half. WTF?

  • cm0011 Christine M. ➳ (@cm0011) reported

@Fidomobile offers me $35 to win me back after switching from Telus due to bad deals and bad customer service. My bill comes and it ends up being $45 a month. I'm literally ready to leave again and never come back. My dad has had his Fido bill ****** up 4 times THIS MONTH.

  • cochilador Dorminhoco insone (@cochilador) reported

@Fidomobile thank you for charging me 24 dollars for US roaming when I was in Edmundston-NB (never crossing the US border) and for saying that you can't give my money back because "it was automatic" and the customer service agent can't do anything about it. Nice going! 👌🏻

  • SardonicIAm Muckracker (@SardonicIAm) reported

@Fidomobile What does it take to get you to stop harassing me about a customer that doesn't live at my residence? Shall I go to the media and then a lawyer?

  • KF20204 KF2020 (@KF20204) reported

@Fidomobile I have been on the phone for four hours, been transferred to four operators and they just hung up on me and when I call back they say they are closed. The issue retains to my account being charged for a modem box which I had returned and also have the receipt

  • noeljuliet Noelito (@noeljuliet) reported

@Fidomobile I have been on the phone for an hour and now put on hold for a long time now trying to dispute a charge. I had my data roaming off during a trip. How come I am being charged for data usage I never used?

  • vannielurv Nwachukwugoziriagozi (@vannielurv) reported

Been trying to activate my number since yesterday with no success @Fidomobile help!!!

  • alenppc Alen Marks (@alenppc) reported

Once again @Fidomobile is about to lose a customer since they won’t match a public plan offered by @koodo. I bet if they lose enough customers they will match it in a week time but by then it will be too late. Would have preferred to avoid this hassle but here we go again #greed
