@Fidomobile Jobanpreet from PEI was on chat and said that she was sending me a form to sign, but never did so. She had some lame excuse and finally did not help. I still cannot pay off the balance on the phone

Here’s my question: do the folks at @Fidomobile who also got their service cut because of the @Rogers fiasco also get some measly credits?

@Fidomobile charges $339/mth to 'roam like home', NOT. TheWorst GPS kept losing signal so a drive that should take 13mins took me 2 hrs to get home last night, and a scary tour through the darkest barren alleys, in L.A. not safe.

Apparently @Fidomobile doesn’t want to have customers anymore. Just spoke with their rep, who informed me that they will compensate me for 1 day of outage, i.e. $6.50. I’m switching all my lines to @Bell #rogersoutage #rogersdown

@Fidomobile Promised bill credit of $100 as per terms and conditions is still pending despite several long calls with customer service representative since last 3-4 months after each billing cycle. Not expecting this service. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

If Rogers is crediting five days worth of service, what can we expect from @Fidomobile? They are responsible for my service and I didn't have any

@FidoSolutions What is equivalent of 5 days service? Some of us use your network to make international calls? Is that also being considered? @Fidomobile

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile you guys just sent me a bill but I still don’t see a credit on the service disruption that I experienced last Friday! This is ridiculous. Where is my credit????
