Just spent an HOUR speaking to Fido representatives to not have anything solved. Nothing is more irritating. BUT NOT TO WORRY, I’ll be contacted I’m 3-5 business days. Very disappointed with @Fidomobile customer service.

@Fidomobile needs to update their device prices on @Samsung phones. They charge you full launch price on older models even tho the manufacturer has cut the price down significantly. You end up paying much more per month than you would going direct with no added benifit.
