    @Fidomobile Iv been with Fido for 20+ years, customer service is not acceptable anymore. Over a $400 deposit I am moving my entire family and business lines over to the competitor. This generations loyalty department is horrible. I advise against this company.

    Anyone on @Fidomobile? Their new AskJack customer service system is the WOOOOORST. You can’t call them to talk to a rep anymore. It defers you to AskJack to schedule a callback. Just tried that and it said to call to get a code to return to AskJack to schedule a callback. WTF!!?

    Hi @Fidomobile , I experiencing issues changing billing address. When I'm trying to click on the update billing address it shows nothing. I have tried with different browsers but no luck.

    signed up to have a Canadian number again with @Fidomobile, online sign up was not accepting my information, had to talk to the service chat to help, was assured that they would still wave the setup fee, now there's mysteriously no record of our conversation... such a scam.

    @Fidomobile i want to change my registered ID .. Earlier it was a foreign Id but now i have a Canadian id i.e Driving licence. can u help?

    The lady on phone was so rude, she didn't even responded properly. @Fidomobile And she asked me to visit store for this. I visited the store for 2nd time and over there she told me that they can not update birth year, it should be done over the phone.

    @Fidomobile I've been on loop for the past 3 hours! I contact an agent on your online chat and they tell me to call your customer service. Customer service is just a robot!!! The robot keeps telling me to check my texts but I'm calling you because I don't have access to texts

    @FidoSolutions why doesn’t your callback feature work? I’ve waited two days for different calls that never connected. btw for followers, I still don’t have a contract from two days ago. 6th time I contacted them about this and zero resolution, skip @Fidomobile if you can
