    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I don’t think you care enough for your customers. There wasn’t any follow up since I had conversation with customer care and got nothing in return as a solution.

    Well, my @Fidomobile store doesn't have the phone I want, and the online store is not working (at least for me it freezes right on the "Place Order" button). I'll take this as a sign. (Though I don't know if the sign is to keep my current phone or to switch providers)

    @Fidomobile So I needed a new phone ASAP, FIDO offered me a new iPhone 11 which would be sent to me within 2-5 business days..... SURPRISE! Today I get an email saying it won't be shipped for another month. Customer service does nothing. I'm stuck. What the actual hell
