@Fidomobile Terrible customer service!!!! I have been hung up on twice by rude and unprofessional people. Trying to get the roaming charge removed from my account and call forwarding turned back on going on 3+ hours of dealing with TERRIBLE customer service.

thats why I continued to use my intrl. calling feature like before but i recently found out that i got charged an exorbitant sum of $160 (CAD) for the same. Tried to talk to the customer care. No solution or cooperation from anyone. Rude and inconsiderate. NEED HELP ! @Fidomobile

@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile and get this, now, 6 almost 7 months later, because my contract expired and I renewed it, they say I no longer get the credit (that they didn’t give me for 6 months). Y’all blaming me cause my damn contract ran out waiting for you guys to contact me??

@Fidomobile They will tell you the only way to 'opt' of the unauthorized chrg is to add a 'services block' which prevents a customer from connecting while outside of the country. They will also tell you such charges can't be reversed and will try and upsell a new plan instead!
