@endofthetechno @Fidomobile Why didn't you text about Volte setting with instructions rather than this BS: Hi, it's Fido: This line has now been suspended as part of our 3G network retirement. You will not be able to use your phone for calls, text or data...

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions getting hit by the $75 3G charge...despite having canceled mobile services back in Jan/Feb. Had sent an email, only to be told that I have not transitioned to an upgraded network.

.@Fidomobile I’m trying to call you today to tell you I am getting less than 100kb/s speed on a plan that promises over 50mbs. However, when I call, I’m faced with a robot that wants to schedule a call with me for either tomorrow, Saturday or Monday. Do I cancel my account now?

@Fidomobile It says they can't tell if my device is compatible. Obviously, my device IS compatible - I have been using it for 2 years on your network with absolutely NO problems! I'm not interested in getting an expensive new phone if that's your next suggestion.

@Fidomobile Yes there is no service, I received a text saying my service is suspended due to 3g network retirement but I got this sim card activated yesterday and it is new.

Switched to @PublicMobile_EN and my phone is now working under VoLTE but this didn't work while I was on @Fidomobile 's network. I also have the same data and a wider roaming range on a cheaper plan. Bye @rogers...

@Fidomobile Hi Corey, I’ve already checked both links — it clearly says my phone is compatible. VoLTE is enabled, and I’ve restarted the phone as well. Still no service. Please help me resolve this issue.

@Fidomobile Why is my service suspended even though my phone is 5G compatible and I followed all the settings exactly as mentioned on your website? Can someone explain what's going on?

@Fidomobile We gave no warning you were going to cut people's service and were so unprepared that your phone lines couldn't even book call back messages. The line at the fido store was out the door for people whose phones stopped working. Manywere elderly and confused. Shame on you
