    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile You are custodians of a lot of personal information and we deserve to know what went wrong. Was it an attack on your network? Did you have a privacy breach? This failure seems to large for it to have been a simple hardware failure.

    The sad thing about the @RogersHelps, @Fidomobile and @chatrmobile outage is that any compensation offered will be for the hours you lost, so maybe 1/30th of your bill, maybe $2 or $3. For people dependant on cell services for their business, they lost a lot more than that.

    @CP24 @Rogers @Fidomobile This absolutely a pile of crap; this “professionals” forgot the simplest of all software network/maintenance. Use a test sever and a few local units before implementing it to the whole network. Will you consider the financial implant small businesses will have
