I find it an issue when CS reps ask you what’s wrong and you tell them what the issue is but they fail to actively listen your concerns. I shouldn’t have to repeat myself 6x what’s wrong for you to grasp what’s wrong.Communication skills are important! @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions

@Fidomobile No other company or deliverer (Amazon, Canada Post, Fedex, DHL, UPS) has similar problems and they often deliver more expensive goods. Online ordering is supposed to make life easier but you make it excruciating.

@Fidomobile Just send him an msg via your internal system, he knows who i am. This is all just so painful. I have wasted hours of time that i will never get back, customer service at FIDO is deplorable.

@Fidomobile @Google There is a clear & well documented issue with the Pixel 6 Pro. Multiple websites have articles regarding the screen spontaneously cracking with NO physical/outside damage. Mine cracked IN MY HAND whilst scrolling. Yet you refuse to fix it. Unacceptable. 1/2

@Fidomobile Poor Customer Service. Encouraging Fraudulent shops who sell Fido. I bought two new lines and I was promised my setup service fee will be waived off but that's not the case and when I talk to cust. care to help me out they said they can't and store has all excuses.
