    @Fidomobile is a cheat. They called stating various promotions and thus ported for better deals. But now when I ask them for those credits they state this isn’t mentioned and we can’t apply. Such fake service providers!!!!#fido #fakeservices #badcustomerservice

    @9209Vj @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile You realize wifi is the low range high speed network that comes from the little box in your house. Fido has zero control over that. Either you mean LTE 4G 5G, or you can call it mobile internet or maybe you mean the internet connection at home but none of those things are wifi.

    The retention person I just spoke to @Bell just said she knows the services are expensive but I’m paying for the service... going to be honest have only received bare minimum service from bell. Off to @Fidomobile I go!

    @Fidomobile The most interesting piece was when your Customer Service rep said I needed to have it in AIRPLANE MODE when making wifi calls :) I would like to remind you that your website does not say that ANYWHERE. If that's the case, please send and updated link to your billing protocols.

    Hi @Fidomobile why am I unable to make a payment via your app? It’s interesting that you started pushing preauth payment and now I can’t process without issue. Yes I’ve called. #cellphone #fidocanada #fixyourapp
