    @Fidomobile we have been trying for several days to cancel our contract with Fido Mobility. We cannot connect with an agent and we can not cancel in store. They will not call us back when we schedule a time. Roger's even hung up on us! Anyone have any suggestions?

    @Fidomobile are you a real human or a Bot with no real intelligence to understand customer requests? the whole complaint itself was about the struggle to reach the customer support.

    @Fidomobile How about you provide customer service. You won't let us cancel our contract! No one will call back. So. Now what? Maybe get your poop in a hoop before telling how awesome you are.

    @Fidomobile @Deepind32050694 You are a fraud company. Wont return calls. Wont help. We are trying to cancel our contract and can't talk to anyone or get a call back. I am going to keep posting until this gets done. We will never use Fido or Rogers because of this.
