    @Fidomobile has horrible customer service;90days ago I opened an account via refer a friend program for last 3-4 weeks I have contacted customer service 7 timeson phone and emails; they ignored to honor their promotion! with no reply-I wont recommend anyone to use Fido!

    in almost 3 YEARS of his bills with them never had anything irregular. now that there was no one called to check, not fraud, not loyalty. now @Fidomobile tells him that there isn’t anything they can do to help

    @Fidomobile hey Fido, just spoke with Omar from your customer service department. He was super friendly, quick and made what normally is a long exhausting phone call enjoyable. Get that dude a raise!

    @Fidomobile I hate to sound like a broken record, but Fido still hasn't credit my activation fee from 5 months ago. They finally gotten to giving the sign up credit, but I'm still missing my activation credit, which is $80 for two accounts.
