Power has now been out for almost 24 hrs. I’ve used 4GB of data because I can’t use WiFi at home. What solutions do I have @Fidomobile? I’ll inevitably use the remaining 3GB in the next few hours. I’ve never gone over my limit but it appears I’m about to. #ONStorm

Worst customer service @Fidomobile home internet is down for 3 days and unable to connect to technical support. Calling every day several times a day and just listening to music on hold. No support, period. WTF Fido? Hire some help or stop offering services you can’t support!

@Fidomobile #fido internet started having crazy connectivity problems about a month ago and now, this week, it rarely connects at all… i’ve talked to the bot and watched their suggestion video… tried everything , the internet is there but says “no connection”😒@FidoSolutions

@TVFanatic8 @Fidomobile Exactly this. The lack of info and transparency is the biggest problem here. Are we talking hours, days, weeks? A ballpark would be helpful. If Fido/Rogers gave a hint days ago I could have made other arrangements.

@kendroiddddd @Fidomobile Am very sorry this guy's will never respond I’ve tried so many times none responded, all I had to do was get an external support specialist who was able to resolve this whole issue of my account getting all messed up and it worked out perfectly, his page is #Foden020 on Instagram

@Fidomobile Hey! I am in Ottawa and haven’t had wifi for 3 days due to storm.. they’re saying it might be another 2 days before we get it back. As a loyal customer of over 20 years w Fido is it possible to get additional data?!? I have a 2.5 year old and she needs entertainment!
