@renukamendiss @Fidomobile I have already changed. Right away I switched, the VoLTE function was automatically enabled and saved me from using any of Fido's 3G. My device works perfectly, it's Fido's policy with OnePlus and now they are charging ne for their own problem. Crazy people.

@Fidomobile You realize that the automatic voice recording you use does not even let me connect to a person? It keeps saying we are busy call back again and hangs up. Really disappointed in your service. You have no respect for your clients time

I got charged $75 by @Fidomobile for not using VoLTE, even though my phone supports it. No help was provided, and VoLTE only worked after I switched to Bell. The notice was vague and the fee unjustified. I request a refund.

@Fidomobile getting hit by the $75 3G charge...despite having canceled mobile services back in Jan/Feb. Had sent an email, only to be told that I have not transitioned to an upgraded network.

@RitzChawda @Rogers @Fidomobile Hey Ritesh, our phones here support VoLTE, I have it on has I'm typing this but Rogers is intimidating and extorting customers into their monopoly over what devices we choose to use. They called it grey market, I call it Rogers wanting complete control over us cell usage.

Switched to @PublicMobile_EN and my phone is now working under VoLTE but this didn't work while I was on @Fidomobile 's network. I also have the same data and a wider roaming range on a cheaper plan. Bye @rogers...
