    If you are thinking of switching to @Fidomobile consider this. I switched from Bell yesterday. I cant’t send or receive texts. I spent 90 minutes on chat and they said I’d have to wait 24 to 72 hours for tech support to get back to me. In my opinion Fido is not a good phone co.

    @xo_brittanny_xo @Fidomobile Don't worry, there's a higher chance of resolving this issue; I highly urge you to connect with dark_702nx on Instagram who successfully fixed mine when I had similar troubles a few days ago;

    @Fidomobile Hello, please check the inbox as I am facing some issues with my recent plan change and the agent from fido chat was unable to help me as they weren't able to receive pictures too chat. Like what!!

    @Fidomobile your stores sold plans with incorrect information and I see numerous people having billing issues now. Your loyalty department is super rude to even address this. Store is saying this is fido problem and rep@is saying it is store problem. Shame!!!

    It's wild I have enough time to walk to Tims's eat a full meal walk home and watch a full movie before @Fidomobile a customer service "specialist" can assist.

    @Fidomobile how is is that I’m trying almost every day to speak with a Fido customer service agent and no one is picking up the phone? I’m on my third attempt today alone and the wait time is still “58 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes” I’m now ready to cancel my services.

    @Fidomobile Worst customer service. Waiting period 3hrs to connect to customer care and long wait for chat live but after fee hr phone automatically get disconnected.#fido
