@Fidomobile you just cancelled my account a day after setting it up on the grounds of fraud. No one called to confirm anything with me not was I given any explanation. You have 1 person dealing with all the fraud complaints who works terrible hours for customer service

@Fidomobile Someone used my ID to open a Fido account. Your fraud department doesn’t give a ****, even though the address of that account is a pre-construction. Your manager: why don’t you just pay 400 and forget it? I suffer I pay? Such an arrogant firm. It sucks to have connection with you
