    @Fidomobile Poor show of customer service FIDO, I have a case number C174030759, I have been wrongly charged on bill and there is no one who is helping and just sending automated response. Just switched to FIDO and feels like I made a terrible mistake.

    @Fidomobile most carriers allow transferring an eSIM between devices online. Why do you force customers to visit a store? This is a big problem for travellers.

    Fido provides you with the worst customer service in the world. their customer service representative does not know how to read the bill, they don't about the process and They also don't know how to resolve a customer's issues. This is my first and last contract with @Fidomobile

    @Fidomobile I will make a formal complaint with CRTC. It is my human right to be helped. FIDO will lose millions if it is reported that a child under the age of 18 dies because FIDO “chose” not to hep. I need a call back as soon as possible.
