@Fidomobile I sent my phone in for repairs & got a loaner phone. I returned the loaner phone in the mail, but still recieved a $300 charge claiming I didn't I never recieved any communications about it for 2 months, just a charge out of nowhere. When I called, they hung up on me

@Fidomobile, just up'd to 10gb for $50 on the 16th.. And today I see the 10gb for $50 went to 12gb. I reached out to your chat support. And I was gifted a bonus 5gb on my newly acquired 10gb $50 plan. So now I'm at 15gb for $50! YOU ALL ROCK!!!

Hey @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions your service has been spotty over the last week in Ottawa K1T 1T2, its so bad, I cannot even call you! Network busy, voice service not available, low quality in the calls, and calls dropped, and direct to voice mail? Are you having network issues?
