    @Fidomobile I bought a mobile and ported to Fido on Dec 27. The phone did not show up until today on my account (I've following up every other day on calls). Now I got an email that it's added but it doesn't have the boxing day deal, neither does it reflect the downpayment. HELP!

    Never ever trust @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions winback team, as they can leave you without any phone with you. After offering the deals, they can tell you that it is not available anymore even after they kept you waiting for around 10-12days of commitment from them. #fidoistheworst

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I moved to the US and called to switch to a plan that was suitable for me. However, the next day, I got no service, SIM swap to another phone gives a message that my SIM isn't registered to the network. Now I can't call customer service for assistance

    @Fidomobile beyond disappointed in your service lately… I’ve reached out to Fido 3 times In the past week to activate a service… how hard is it to make a SIM card available? Paying customer for years

    @Fidomobile Is your website displaying the right information, as in Iphone 12 pro now requires more down payment than Iphone 13 pro also Iphone 12 pro is now listed at higher price than Iphone 12 pro max, does it make sense?

    @Fidomobile Fido is not resolving issues and trying to exploit customers. Especially students. Customer care takes hours to respond and they create new issues instead of resolving. Please don’t take their services and avoid them at all possibilities. They are useless.

    @Fidomobile I literally have never had to deal with a worst company in my life. You guys charge extra charges, then to contact support it takes at least an hour, just to be talking with rude representatives. LOL, i am literally moving to Bell today.
