    @Fidomobile Has some of the worst customer service ever- 1st I said it wasn't coincidence that my data stopped working as soon as the power outage happened. Then after swapping devices and proving its not any phones its their network- they still wanted me to call tech support...

    @Fidomobile Worst customer service and they over charged me for no fault of mine I had 40 dollar plan with 10gb data and 1000 international calling On aug 14 i upgraded my device to iphone 13 for which my plan was switched to 45 dollar plan for 25 gb and my 1000 min went away

    I don’t think Telecom companies like @koodo and @Fidomobile should be allowing 3G data to count towards my data allotment. My contract says unlimited 4G/LTE access. Even chatr gets unlimited 2G network. Literally the highest plans in the world and they charge $25 for 1 extra GB

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile why was there a credit check done on me without my permission from Fido? My credit score went down 21 points due to this unauthorized credit check. Iv called and was cut off while waiting for and answer.

    @Fidomobile using roaming in US. Calls do not go through to US or Can. Tried in Texas FL and NC. Did all on help. So frustrating
