    @Fidomobile I transferred to you, and I became very regretful. Many call me they found my phone is close, I spoke with customer service and they responded that there is pressure on the network!!! yesterday I lost a day of overtime because my manager called me and found my phone switched off

    @Fidomobile and then they tell us that it is our responsibility to return the old modem , and when I asked why, they said because it’s my liability . ARE YOU SERIOUS? You’ll messed up and then you tell me it’s my liability and I will be hold liable if I don’t return it. #worst

    SCAM @Fidomobile They promised you data, 5$even10 off. What a good deal!You sign up. Then you’ll find out it’s not working for u. They will throw you thousands of reasons. Their plan is worse than any you can easily get from other providers. That’s the way they SCAM people!

    @rogerstv @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions your technician was meant to show up between 12-2. Claims he knocked on the door and called my husband. Neither are true (we are both home and waiting) and your “SOLUTION” is that you can come back on Friday. How is that acceptable?!?

    @Fidomobile I think this contest same with the Free Fido service is rigged..I’ve been doing the free service for fido for as long as they’ve had it never have won yet there are 10 winners a month, and the Instant contest I never one..I think it’s rigged

    Just so we're clear, precluding me from using my correct name—because you refuse to think beyond the broken SAP system software controlling your account database—is in fact transphobic. @Fidomobile I went across the mall to @koodo and they had no problem with it
