    @Fidomobile finally said yes to a win back deal after two years, got my first bill, received a single credit for a month rather than 2 months, feels like a complete scam. Please fix how your billing works or be more clear to customers so that we at least say no.

    @Fidomobile Started receiving ~2k scam calls/day. Called service centre : No help. Now you slap me with a 3k bill and put me through long holds. When asked for why am I charged 3k, you say pay now and we'll tell later. #extortion #consumer_rights @ONconsumer

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile your customer service is a joke. I referred someone in July 22, & it’s Jan23 & your team is has been giving me the run around. How silly do you sound withholding a $50 credit for 6+ months. Customer of 15 years and y’all counting pennies. Do better 🙄

    @Fidomobile thirty-two years as a fido customer coming to an end. To expensive and no deals. I hear public mobile is more reliable and much cheaper.

    Does @Fidomobile have any interest in correcting billing errors which their team caused or is CCTS my only option at this point? Spent 3 hours on the call with a super kind rep who agreed on the error but the support team won’t help!
