  @Fidomobile REFUSES to close my account even though I have moved out of the country! They are still taking money from my bank account. They will only cancel with LIVE AGENT. I have called 15+ times on hold 1-3 HOURS before disconnected by them!

  What gives @Rogers, I order a phone, you cancel that force me on that plan. Tried to order another one. 8 days in and nothing. @Fidomobile had a tablet out to me in less than two days

  The @Fidomobile customer service is probably the most god awful chat/phone line I’ve ever experienced. And I worked for be. Guarantee I’ll get a tweet back faster than their callback request.

  Looking for a new cell phone carrier as @Fidomobile is absolutely terrible. They can offer a plan for $45/month to new customers but existing customers have to pay $65 for the same plan.

  @Fidomobile I ended my contract with you on August 25th, yet you still bombard me with emails claiming I owe you $200+. Your online chat team won’t resolve it and I can’t visit in store or call because I no longer live in Canada. Please fix this before you ruin my credit score.
