Nelapati Sivakoteswara rao (@rao_nelapati) reported@Fidomobile 3/3 I apologized for my mistake and asked them to help with reducing the amount such that I can pay in instalments . But from 3 days no help from Fido. I spoke to credit team they said you have to pay within 30 days or else we will impose late charges.

I’d like a 60$ refund when I call ur customer support line I get hung up on or left on hold without updates about where I am in queue to speak to some1 😡😤

When I called customer care they are saying Your add on of 1000 minutes was removed and charges were legal. I have to pay the amount. I tried to explain that I am already broke.
