    Early morning row with @Fidomobile customer service, which I was right and finally she removed the extra fee, but not a good feeling to start the day !

    @Fidomobile Fido, you suck. Your service is terrible, and your “customer service” reps are extremely rude and should not be working in the customer service industry. So disappointed after being a loyal customer of 12 years.

    @Fidomobile your wifi still keeps going out, i called your people yesterday they said they were fixing wires, and this was at 3, and it fixed at 12, now its out again why does this keep happening? you should probably check if another wire is down

    Not only will @Fidomobile customer service not help you, they will textbook respond you to death to the point that you don't even want to call in for help because you know you won't receive any.

    This is like the 3rd time I tried to put my free one hour on this month, and everytime I get "we doing maintenance". I'm done with you @Fidomobile. I stayed cuz of this feature, but I never get to use them when I went. Bye bye @Fidomobile hello unlimited @TELUS

    @Fidomobile since 5 am this morning I am being inundated with CRA spam calls on my phone. I am on the do not call list! How the eff do I report this problem
