    Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

    @Fidomobile Connecting to a customer specialist is so hard now. Awful experience. AI keeps on scheduling a call, there is NO option to connect directly, even if we need to speak right away. #Fido
